Things I'm not understanding: Why does Gunslinger have the smooth talking bonus, and not Scoundrel (which is supposed to be the smooth talker)?

Also, if they wanted to do the Mandalorians right the armors should not be complete clones from actor to actor. At least not in the same scene.
