Three witnesses that claimed to hear Abu-Jamal confess came out years after Mumia Abu-Jamal was incarcerated, Officer Stephen Trombetta, who was assigned to guard Mumia Abu-Jamal, made several reports that Abu-Jamal made no confession, Gary Wakshul made a report claiming "the Negro male made no comment", Wakshul was savagely beaten before contradicting that report by undercover cops in front of a judge, Kenneth Pate made an affidavit claiming that Priscilla Durham claimed "all i heard him...

I had been talking about Jefferson Hospital, but now that you mention the street, Officer Alphonso Giordano, who had a high record of corruption and had even called Abu-Jamal a "black-son-of-a-bitch" claimed that Abu-Jamal made a confession when in his paddy wagon, after Abu-Jamal questioned him in the pre-trial hearing, Giordano was not called by the prosecution to re-iterate his testimony.

What is this man's name who you claim heard Mumia "confess" in jail?

Belle even had to rely on a note that the proseuction made that was unauthenticated and typewritten...

Durham made no mention of a note, and, according to Pate, even told him that the police told her that she was "part of a brotherhoood of police officers" being a security guard and that in turn, she had to go with their story, Mumia's confession was reported two months after the incident, right after he filed police brutality charges, the police even claimed to their being no evidence of Abu-Jamal being beaten when a hospital photograph even shows Abu-Jamal severely beaten and near-death

....the pathology claims stated that Mumia Abu-Jamal was shot in a downward trajectory, one point that establishes the prosecution's story to be fake, plus bullets that hit the ground have to have divots, there were none in the ground where Daniel Faulkner's blood was, nor anywhere this is even verified by a NASA scientist named Robert Nelson the prosecution claimed that Abu-Jamal shot down at the officer several times and missed, would you like me to confront issues you're ignoring as well?
