  • I have watched your videos and you have yet to accurately handle the Word of truth according to Paul. If you would like to live your life serving Christ out of fear of losing your salvation, you can. But know that your sins, past, present and future have been paid, so why do you continue to die on this hill of a WORKS mentality? To claim in error that one MUST continue to believe and follow Christ to be saved is a slap in the face of a holy God who has already paid your debt. It is religion.

  • @FaithAlone10 I usually allow posts like yours to have a few days up before responding; I forgot about yours. When the believer is immersed into Christ all his past sins are removed (Acts 2:36-38; 22:16). Regarding his future sins, they too are forgiven, but not without repentsance and confession. For writing to children of God, John said (1 John 1:9) "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

  • @FaithAlone10 Another thing, after "Simon believed" the preaching of Philip and was baptized he became a child of God (Acts 8:13, cf., Gal 3:26-27). He then sinned when attempting to buy the Holy Spirit with money. Peter's response was, (Acts 8:22) "... repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray the Lord that, if possible, the intention of your heart may be forgiven you." Though a child of God, Simon needed to repent in order to be forgiven. But you don't believe this do you?

  • @FaithAlone10 Finally, produce one verse promising salvation to a person who has believed in the past but has stopped believing. If you believe that this is a true Bible doctrine, them prove it?

  • @FaithAlone10 Well, I thoughtthat my last post was the last one, but here is a PS. I while back I did a video entiled, "He Shall Suffer Loss: But He Himself Shall Be Saved" which is an exposition in 1 Cor 3. If you listen to it with an honest heart, it may help learn the truth about these verses. Selah

  • Noffy brings up a very crucial point. What is your stance on 1 Corinthians 3? Because from this passage we clearly see a believer who has all his works (done on earth for Christ) burned and suffers loss, but he himself is clearly STILL saved. We must surmise that faithful believers don't have their works burned at the bema seat of Christ, UNFAITHFUL believers do........but by your theology there is no such thing as a believer who has fallen away. Looks like God has said otherwise....

  • and not only that, but you have placed YOURSELF as the sole means of maintaining your own salvation through your service to Christ and "not falling away", etc. That is NOT the God of the Bible. The Bible is FULL of examples of believers who fell away from having a relationship with God and committed grievous sins who we know are now enjoying the presence of Christ. And in some cases the Bible never reveals to us whether that person ever turned back to God.

  • Romans 11:29. The gifts and callings of God are irrevocable.

To say that a person who trusted Christ at a point in time is in danger of losing their salvation due to sin, future unbelief, or some other means degrades the promises of God. The penalty at Calvary was pain in FULL, not in partial. What sin, before salvation or AFTER salvation was not paid for at Calvary? You have put God in a box and thus made your salvation no longer dependent upon CHRIST'S finished work for you.

  • Hey Noffy1111,

Thanks for you question/comment. I have just now posted a video which deals with the meaning of these verses. I look forward to hear what you have to say about it. -- Kieran
