@GodShadowdeath Yes, but most teenagers (Myself removed) don't want to sit down for 30 minutes and follow the plot of a 13 to 26 episode television show, most of them just want to sit down for 5 to 15 minutes and watch non-stop sex-jokes. At this point in time its sad to say that Big-O could never find an audience... it is very sad that Big-O lost to "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" in ratings.
dude i was going to say you were being a little hard on big O....but then i read the thingy on your video... made me laugh, I'm buying my first Chogokin toy Daltanious!! (hope I spell that right) but your videos are great and there funny!!!
Wow another great figure and review Charles. I have to get this guy asap. How much did you pay for him? I see one going for USD130 total and im very tempted
Freaking awesome review!!! So thorough and complete Great stuff Charles. I have this figure and noticed that the waist articulation is very tight. I got it to turn slightly but it was quite difficult to get moving. Have you tried turning the waist on yours, because you didn't show it in the video?
@elliotbaltazar Hi Elliot, thanks for the compliments. I left out the part on the waist and yes it is extremely tight for my piece as well and I can only turn it slightly.
@OptimusPrimeSG thanks for the quick reply. Have you got a chance to check out Bandai's new Anima Super Evangelion yet? I got it and it looks great. Poseability is pretty good, but the head lacks a lot of movement. He looks awesome though.
@elliotbaltazar I've bought the Super Eva and I like the design. It's really good and the size is just nice. I like it more than the previous Movie Realization Super Eva that Bandai released. I've yet to open my piece though. Will do a review on it when I find time to open it.
@OptimusPrimeSG Great, looking forward to your opinion on the figure. Things to watch out for are: the weapons rails on the forearms come of really easy, and the head has a tendency to come off very easily. The toy is metal up to the knees, and everything else is plastic. This helps with balancing though. The paint is somewhat delicate as well. Still a great toy, but those are some slight annoyances.
@elliotbaltazar You're really tempting me to open up my Super Eva, Elliot! I appreciate the points that you have highlighted and I'll take note of them when I do my review on Super Eva. Stay tuned to my channel cos the review may just come sooner than you expect. =)
@chunlau Yup, I feel likewise. Big O has a very different feel compared to most other robots. You'd feel that Big O is set in those British colonial era. Very nice touch.
Thanks for the review! I didn't actually realise those little tabs were there on his arms!

now why didn't we get this in america? it could have probably generated enough money for season 3
GodShadowdeath 4 months ago
@GodShadowdeath It's probably the issue with distribution. Only selected outlets or online stores carry Japanese toys.
