stephen is a very good player....no doubt. but his best years are over. at this maximum break he was very lucky.....had to play 2 combinations and luckily got back on the black. he doesn't have the power to play like 20 years ago. ronnie for example is definitly better. some of you may think now: " fuck off with that cocky o'sullivan" but you all know it's true. he needs to make place to younger players like judd trump. he was the youngest player who ever made a maximum ( at the age of 14).

If the maximum remaining is 67 which requires at least 4 snooker, he won't go to the table for sure as it's not realistic to win in that situation - but he still can. I saw Ronnie did this one time. Maybe he tried to get his "feeling" back after a long period didn't pot a ball.

Thanks for the reply ProtaganistLee. I watched that plant on the red and it is similar to one of the blacks in part 2. I have never played on a "pro table" also. I didn't really know such thing existed. My local snooker hall has beautiful tables (Riley) and i just presumed they were that of the same standards to what the pros use. I thought that red wouldn't have dropped where i play also. Or maybe i'm just deluded and my shots are just too far off!!!

If two people get a 147 in the same tournament, they share the £147,000 (well £157,000 with the £10000) This happened in 2008 when both Ronnie O'Sullivan and Ali Carter made one.
