  • You, uh, contradicted yourself there buddy.

  • @theUKatheist You believe what you want to believe. It's your kind of arrogance that gives atheists a bad name. I've met some awesome atheist people who are okay with my beliefs and that I was okay with theirs. You just prove that there are ignorant people living in this world ready to make other people feel like shit because of what they believe. It's why we, as human beings, don't grow up as a species because there are too many idiots.

  • @JoshorzNBenzorz people usually confuse intelligence with arrogance.

" I've met some awesome atheist people who are okay with my beliefs"

I have no problems with anyones beliefs as long as they do not effect me.. but they do!

"You just prove that there are ignorant people living in this world"

Im not the one who is ignorant. I dont ignore facts for faith!

you came here to complain and provoke yet you're stating I am the arrogant ignorant one?

no one forced you to comment or to be here.

  • I don't laugh at other people's beliefs. I respect them. Congratulations on your ignorance.

  • @JoshorzNBenzorz why? if i believed a giant frogs is going to take over the earth and we should all live in the water, and tried getting government to change our laws for this, tried teaching it in our school etc , you would respect that??? no you would think its stupid and if rationalising didn't work you would ridicule.

just because you hold a belief it doesn't mean you are safe from ridicule. if the belief is stupid then you will get told that its stupid.

please grow up and realise this.

  • it's sad the way people get on here to justify their beliefs. You're ignorant if you don't like a christian for doing something non-christian and think all of them are hypocrites for that. Nobody is a perfect christian. If someone of a different religion does something that contradicts their own religion we don't deem their entire religion has false people. I am a person who clings to religion not because i fear death or want answers. I just know all the amazing things in life arent by "chance"

  • Attention atheists and agnostics. Please stop arguing over the meanint of atheism and agnosticism. It's a trick by religious nutjobs to get us arguing about things that don't matter, instead of ripping them a new asshole.

  • love it allah :) bless u

  • That was great, I love intelligent humor, scary intelligent is even better.... I wonder if any real theists got the punch line?

  • VERY GOOD VID

  • Guys...both steve carell and stephen colbert are Catholics. They are merely satirizing the rudimentary logic that is sometimes associated with the support of these two religions. Every ideology has its ignorant supporters, and such narrow-minded advocacy is what they choose to exclusively focus on for the sake of comedy. Every ideology inevitably has its ignorant supporters, including atheism. They could just as well have satirized the shortcomings of an ignorant atheistic philosophy.

  • @awesomeoneofawesome i wonder if people like u had religion maybe you would have respect for others and their beliefs

  • please try to or maybe just ignore eachother

  • well sorry im just 11 gosh

  • @0UnknownUser0 why atheists laugh when someone claims to be agnostic.

Agnosticism is not a belief on its own. It's a modifier. I am an agnostic atheist as opposed to a gnostic atheist, an agnostic theist, or a gnostic theist. so you see you cant just be agnostic as it doesn't make sense!

if i asked, do you like strawberries? to say "dont know" is silly.

if i asked do you believe in unicorns? to say "dont know " is also silly.

sorry but you MUST be one of the above if you claim agnosticism .

  • @theUKatheist I don't claim shit. I just don't believe in invisible men :-)

  • @theUKatheist it may be silly, but you cannot prove unicorns don't exist

  • @oxear yes i know. but the lack of evidence and logic pushes me to the conclusion that their existence is very slim. so even though i cant prove their non existence i can DISBELIEVE in their existence because of probability.

agnostisism = KNOWLEDGE of existence - not knowing

thism and atheism = BELIEF and DISBELIEF in existence.

for example, i am an agnostic atheist. I dont know there is no god, but i do not believe there is one because of the lack of evidence and the fallacies involved.

  • @theUKatheist makes sense. I just wanted to be silly and argue that you can't prove anything with unicorns, but you ruined the fun

  • @oxear haha, logic is a bitch sometimes.

  • @theUKatheist Nice fifth grade philosophy... Let me put this in terms you'll understand.

-> Agnostic: "I do not believe in unicorns."

-> Atheist: "I believe there are no unicorns."

It would appear to be a minor difference, but it's actually very important. Atheists are believers while Agnostics are philosophically against believing in something that has not been proven. Since the Atheists and Agnostics are clearly the two most rational groups, they should work together...

  • @tomasusan wow nice try. it seems you have the fifth grade understanding here.

you do understand that agnosticism is NOT a view right? its simply a modifier,

a/gnostic = knowledge and no knowledge.

    a/theism = belief and disbelief

i am an agnostic atheist as i do not KNOW god does not exist but i disbelieve one exists.

atheism is NOT a belief! how can a disbelief = belief, that's just silly.

so to clarify agnosticism is NOTHING TO DO WITH BELIEF! if is KNOWLEDGE

    watch my agnostic video

  • @theUKatheist "You do understand that agnosticism is NOT a view right? its simply a modifier" - That statement is completely wrong and is beyond indefensible. I might as well say that Atheism is a modifier because I'm an Atheist Agnostic...

Atheist agnostics (like me), are not believers. The moment an atheist says "I BELIEVE there is no God", that atheist has demonstrated that he is a believer... It's not silly!

A strong agnostic has 0 beliefs. Knowledge and beliefs relate.

  • @tomasusan saying I believe there is no God = I disbelieve in God = a disbelief.. If atheism is a belief then not collecting stamps is a hobby..

Agnosticism is a question of knowledge, not belief, the two things may be related but they are still different things on a different scale.

You are rather an agnostic atheist, agnostic theist, gnostic atheist or gnostic theist. All 4 options describey both your belief and your knowledge.

I'm sorry but your definition is simply incorrect.

  • @theUKatheist "I believe there is no God". You really don't see the belief inherent in that statement?!? Really?!? "I believe there is no God." does not equal "I do not believe in God."

If Atheism is saying "I do not believe in God", then Atheists are non-believers. If Atheism is saying "I believe there is no God", then Atheists are believers simply because they can't prove God doesn't exist and are therefore faithful.

Agnostic theists are walking, talking contradictions.

  • @tomasusan continued

Also saying I believe there is NO God is not believing in something! Its rejecting the claim theists make that a God exists. Rejecting this claim is disbelieving in this claim.

Also I do not know of an atheist who words it this way, I never say I believe there is no God. I say I disbelieve or I lack belief in a God. It seems you define atheism by your own incorrect definition.

If you correctly defined it then there is no belief involved.

  • @theUKatheist You're correct that saying "I believe there is no God" is not believing in something (God), but it's also believing in something else (No God), because you are taking it on faith that there is no God.

I'm happy to hear that most Atheists say "I do not believe in God". This does not imply a belief against the existence of something not yet dis proven 100%.

My POINT was that Agnosticism is an important view that "known one knows or can know" something. Agreed?

  • @tomasusan I agree that agnosticism is about knowledge, that is what I've said all along. Its not necessarily that no one can know, maybe we will in the future my point is agnosticism does not tell anyone what that person believes. Just what they know or don't know.

Also its perfectly fine to disbelieve something whether there is evidence or not. Its that individuals view. For examples some do not believe in evolution despite the overwhelming evidence.

Atheism to me is lacking the belief .

  • @theUKatheist Your original point was that agnosticism is a modifier only and that agnostics are to be laughed at. In reality, to have an agnostic view on a subject is to say that the answer is truly unknown by all. It's an important and meaningful statement that stands on its own. Why is belief more important than knowledge?? I see things the opposite. Most believers ignore true knowledge and invent truth.

If Atheism is purely a "lack of belief", then I'm with Atheists 100%.

  • @tomasusan It seems you agree with me but you don't understand what I mean with knowledge and belief. I am an agnostic atheist meaning I don't claim knowledge as its not possible to know the answer yet I lack the belief due to little evidence. So yes agnosticism is a good view but it does not answer the belief question. I can't explain it any more clearly. One is belief one is knowledge they cab with together or apart but do NOT answer the same question one is knowledge one is belief . simple.

  • @theUKatheist I understand and actually agree with what you mean with knowledge and belief (I even learned a bit about the distinction during our discussion). I agree with you in that agnosticism alone does not answer the belief question (I am an agnostic atheist).

My point is that agnosticism (even stated alone) is an important view that deserves respect, not "laughter". Agnosticism is not "I don't know". It's more like "No one knows, so don't ask me stupid questions".

  • @theUKatheist My rebuke of your original "Why Atheists laugh at Agnostics" comment is what I want most to get across to you. Agnosticism is not "I don't know". Agnosticism is "no one knows". Agnosticism is an extremely important VIEW. Don't laugh at those who call themselves agnostic. Their philosophical view that some things are "unknown or unknowable by all" is perfectly valid...

  • @tomasusan you just stated that agnosticism is "no one knows" which again is a statement of knowledge NOT BELIEF. Ask I'm trying to get across to you is that agnosticism is not a belief , therefore when you ask "what do you believe?"saying you are agnostic does not answer the question as you are answering what is known not what is believed. Do you understand where I am coming from here?

  • @theUKatheist Not to beat a dead horse, but I just did a search on "agnostic atheism" and the first sentence on wikipedia states that "agnostic atheism" is also referred to as "atheistic agnosticism"...

I think that your attack on pure agnostics was wrong and counter-productive and I hope you'll look honestly at the situation. I learned never to use the word agnostic & belief in the same sentence! Still, belief is less important that knowledge to me.

  • @tomasusan there was no attack, there was a joke, a definition and reasoning.

i was however educating the "agnostic" who are rude and arrogant who commented here ( which i have had many times ) simply because they think their view is better, simply because they dare not address the question does not make it a better view.

yes belief and knowledge are different. that is why agnosticism is not answering the belief question.

  • @theUKatheist u guys should get married by a lesbian atheist priestess of the church of Condescension . I hope you aren't so dumb that you wont get that....

  • @0UnknownUser0 agnosticism is just a claim of knowledge, theism-atheism is a claim of belief.

so you can be any combo

    agnostic theist

agnostic atheist (the vast majority of atheists are here)

    gnostic theist

gnostic atheist (although these are extremely rare)

  • Uhh this is stupid, they dont have different gods. The Muslim god is the same god as Christians & Jews they just have different views about Jesus. Should of debated about that as they do.

  • @XenovannHellwolf you do realize its just a comedy sketch right?

  • @XenovannHellwolf Muslims, jews and christians would disagree.

Muslims don't believe that jezus was god.

Jews don't believe that jezus was god.

Both christians and jews believe allah is a pagan god.

However, christians claim to be abrahamic religion 2.0, while judaism is 1.0 Muslims in turn claim to be 3.0.

So it's certainly complex, but it's very wrong to say that they believe in the "same" god. They don't.

  • @ScientificBob Uh its not complex its all made up. Ahh, okay, I was thinking with my rational POV. Of course they would be so intolerant as to deny Muslims the same group. However Muslims do believe in the Christian and Jewish text aside from Jesus being god incarnate. So Carells character is a completely incorrect interpretation. Also if anything it should be the Muslims and Jews vs the Christians.

  • @XenovannHellwolf I can agree somewhat. Indeed, ironically, muslims in general believe that jews stayed closer to the "true religion" then christians did, since they consider christians to be idol worshippers. It's not coincidental in this context that the Torah, the old testament, is severely more brutal then the new testament and a lot more like the koran.

As an outsider/atheist though, I certainly agree with the 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and "same god" god statement. Ironically, that god "evolved". :D

  • Religion was made because Humans fear death and we have to explain the unknown somehow. We all laugh because people say the earth used to be flat, religion is the same joke.

  • @AhTreyYou Religion was created in an effort to explain things that people previously had no way of explaining. For example, just by observing the sun you would have no way of knowing it is 93 million miles away and we are actually circling around it. It made more sense to think that it was being pulled across the sky by an unseen god. It sticks because people are either afraid of death or more commonly indoctrination. A 3 year old will believe whatever the hell they're told.

  • @AhTreyYou why are you atheist so disrespectful?

  • @NyxRedvines Why are you theists feel so easily insulted? Do you also feel this insulted when someone critisizes your favorite basketball team or political party?

I fail to see how AhTreyYou was disrespectfull.

  • @AhTreyYou Dude there are still hardcore Christians that believe the earth is flat. theflatearthsociety[dot]org/cms/

  • @AhTreyYou no, religion is created by a few or just one man who wanted to have full control over the other people. if god asks you to do this or that you must obey because something bad will happen. 2000 years ago people fell for this kind of shit and those people told the same brainwashing thing to their children because children are easely influenced. good news is that religion is getting extinct. the bad news is we are forced to believe in money or else we have no right to eat anything!!

  • @AhTreyYou I'm not sure where you came up with this statement. but I'm sure for some people that is true. I doubt however a long time ago they thought " Hey, I'm afraid of death, let's make up some stories to have answers!" Some things like how the Earth was thought to be flat can be disproved. Religion, however, is NOT the same concept my good lad.

  • It's people like PrinceFelipe that give us Christians a bad name! Sheesh, I am a Christian and I'm even offended by you PrinceFelipe! You just misrepresented what Christians really stand for dude! If you're really a Christian, please pray and ask for forgiveness for acting like a fool! =/

  • Can atheists and christians stop saying mean things about each other︶︿︶

  • @danie1177 No, because religious theists are stupid.

  • @danie1177 Maybe when theists stop saying rat ass stupid things, start learning more about what they talk about and atop telling people that they deserve to be tortured forever (some times explicitly and others implicitly) just because other people don't believe the shit that they do, we'll consider not to say some things... last time I checked "you're dumb" or "you're delusional" or "you're an ignorant because A,B, C..." is far less mean and insulting than "you deserve to be tortured forever".

  • @PrinceFelipe

atheists don't serve who they don't believe exists you moron. Satan is fictional, just like God! i really hope you were joking because that is the most moronic thing ive heard!

  • Comment removed

  • @PrinceFelipe you are rather a troll or restarted, I can't decide. If thats what you really think then you are beyond deluded. Yes okay I serve Satan because I reject i fairy take that you believe. You are rather troll, a child or an idiot

  • @theUKatheist I don't beleive in fairty tales, I belive in reality. God made the word and it belongs to him. He makes the rules. I don't make them and you do not make them.

I assume as an atheist you have accepted the big bang as your father? Why not call on big bang and ask him if I am retarted or a troll? Maybe he will explode and answer for you?

  • @PrinceFelipe I'm sorry I just can't take you seriously anymore. You're a troll. No one's this stupid

  • @theUKatheist So big bang answered you and told you I was a troll? What was it like talking to big bang?

  • @PrinceFelipe

it was like talking to you. nothing intelligent was ever said back to me. why are you talking such nonsense?? you do understand the big bang is not a person or a being with speech? its a scientific theory. i honestly do not know what you are talking about any more??? YOU MAKE NO SENSE!!

most accept the big bang as how the universe started its expansion. its NOT an explanation for the origins of the universe, and its not anyone's 'father' you make no sense you absolute moron!

  • @theUKatheist The big bang is a Roman Catholic deity to control stupid atheist like yourself. The man who made up the big bang was a Jesuit trained Roman Catholic Preist.

Athiest have told me big bang talks to them through the radio waves and space radiation telling them his voice is proof there is no God,

So you are saying big bang did not create you? Why even bother researching big bang if it has nothing to do with crearting the universe?

  • @PrinceFelipe "The man who made up the big bang was a Jesuit trained Roman Catholic Preist."

you do understand that this theory can be looked at and examined by anyone, the big bangs radiation can stil be measured till this day, unlike a "god" YOU CAN STUDY IT YOURSELF! im sorry but you have NOOOOO clue what you are talking about at all. i have to assume you are a troll. otherwise you are just an idiot.

everything you are saying is complete and utter bullshit.

  • @PrinceFelipe continued.

"Athiest have told me big bang talks to them through the radio waves and space radiation telling them his voice is proof there is no God,"

THAT sir is a complete lie, if they told you that they are insane. its likely you made that up.

"So you are saying big bang did not create you?"

no you total retard. its a theory for expansion of the universe, READ A BOOK!!! do yu not study anything you talk about, its like you are actually mentally challenged. you MUST be a troll

  • @PrinceFelipe continued 2

" Why even bother researching big bang if it has nothing to do with crearting the universe?"

thats like saying why study anything? are you really THAT stupid?

everything you say is absolute garbage, you obviously have absolutely NO IDEA what the big bang theory actually is. cant express how shocked i am at your stupidity and ignorance towards everything you're saying.

sorry but your stupidity is beyond belief. i simply cannot accept that you are not trolling me.

    bye

  • @theUKatheist Well your the one that started this conversation with me so you are just trying to force your lust for big bang on to me. Big bang will lead you strait to hell along with Darwin and his evolution. Have fun joining your friend Dawkins in hell as him being your loving secular prophet will not save you.

  • @PrinceFelipe

i dont want to be saved if i have to be near absolute morons like you.

as i said i cant take you seriously, i think you are a troll, no one is as stupid as you are making yourself look. i just cant accept that you are genuine and not a troll. everything you say is completely retarded. you have no clue what you are talking about at all.

so im going to point to you and say. YOU sir are a troll. there is no other way to explain your total stupidity.

  • @theUKatheist Poe's Law, no? :)

  • @theUKatheist

meh, there are morons going to hell, too. It's sad that anyone is going to hell, so that's why many Christians are trying to convert Atheists.

  • @Awesomeoneofawesome

we dont believe hell to exist so no need to try.

if it did, hell was made by god, you get sent there by god, for mistakes he made while creating us. he is responsible for everything he makes. he punishes us by sending us to eternity of hell..

even on simple terms he sends people to eternal torture for the simple act of not believing, your god is a dick.

  • @Awesomeoneofawesome "meh, there are morons going to hell, too. It's sad that anyone is going to hell, so that's why many Christians are trying to convert Atheists."

meh, there are morons going to the cheesegrater, too. It's sad that anyone is going to the cheese grater, so that's why many Pastafarians are trying to convert Atheists.

Do you hear how silly you sound? Do you? I realize that you think your beliefs are true. But so do Muslims, Jews and Hindus. All of them with as little evidence.

  • @PrinceFelipe You serve santa-claus because you reject the flying spaghetti monster. So as a punishment, you'll spent eternity with your noes in the ass of the lactose intolerant pink unicorn, while he feeds exclusively on cheese.

Lying to yourself is not going to change who you have chosen to serve.

  • Haaaaaaaaaaa! funny

  • Please I want a better quality of this video. My friends will die to watch this.

  • U will all be judged for ur sins after death from the mighty...big...meteor.BIG BANG!

  • This is among the most intelligent Christian debates I have ever seen.

  • I heard arguing with religious fanatics is intelligent.

  • I'm a believer, but even I found this hillarious. I bet God has a sense of humour.

  • All religious beliefs are a joke.

    I laugh at religion everyday

  • I loved the end lol

  • Do they also laugh at jews??

  • @CrazyKitten00 Why are muslims always bringing up Jews?

Do you have an inferiority complex?

  • @sirjambo Oh please where do you see the " inferiority complex" in my question?

Isn't judism a religion? so I was just wondering..

I asked a question, don't answer me by asking another one!!

  • @CrazyKitten00 Judaism is not like islam and christianity in that they would care less if you became a follower or not. Also no hell in Judaism if I'm not mistaken. I haven't really looked into Judaism.

The reason I asked you the question is that it seems a very muslim response. Are you a muslim?

  • @sirjambo Yes I am muslim, and i don't know if this is every muslim's response, but Iet me talk about myself, I asked because I was curious to know what do atheists think about Jews?

and I only mentioned jews as an example, but I actually meant all other religions other than Islam and Christianity.

  • @CrazyKitten00 "Yes I am muslim, and i don't know if this is every muslim's response"

    Yes yes it is.

There is a huge difference between these "religions".

    Open your eyes and THINK.

Don't choose something you know very little about.

Muslims do have an inferiority complex about everyone but especially the jews.

How do jews with only a few million do much more for humanity than the billon plus muslims?

    It is very sad.

I suggest you choose wisely and don't stay in the stupidest religion.

  • @sirjambo still on the "muslims=bad chrucade"? sad really. You'd think that after murdering nigh a million of them in Iraq, over a million dead, nigh a million displaced in Palestine (which coiincidentally STILL is ongoing, and if that doesn't go under the category genocide I dunno what will), the Afghan war victims, numbers unknown... yeah.. kick and spit on an a group that's already kept lying on the ground with boots on their necks... brave that

  • @myowngenesis "still on the "muslims=bad chrucade"? "

Well what would you call people who BELIEVE that their profit is a great roll model when they KNOW he raped robbed lied killed enslaved and tortured people?

"if that doesn't go under the category genocide..."

If 1 million to you is genocide what do you call when it's 80,000,000?

Get used to getting your muslim asses being killed.

The world is waking up and realizing what total illiterate pedophile worshipping morons you are.

  • @sirjambo thank you for sharing your views. Now I know the that your vies are totally clouded with antipathy whenever there's a discussion about Muslims. Kinda paradoxal that, seeing as you advocate us being ignorant, hateful etc. when you promote the very same thing. Not surprising at all actually. You're just an atheist version of the Westboroguh Babtist Church, no more, no less.

  • Comment removed

  • @myowngenesis According to Amnesty international, the figures were 2 million innocents dead and 5 million orphaned children. It's not a war crime because the order came from an oval office and was signed with a Parker pen by a guy wearing a tux! If he had a bomb strapped around him in the office whilst signing the deaths of millions, then he may have been arrested for war crimes. Hypocrisy!

  • @samcan1980 Exactly my point. I wonder what the conclution will be when the overall unmbers of the victims of this conflict finally come out. Because the real truth awlays remain hidden. Israel is governed by xenophobic maniacs (outright copies of their SS counterparts) who have strong ties with a superpower, and thus can understake any action without having to face any consequence. The biggest tragedy here is that there are ISraelis who oppose this, but they get hushed down by the Zionist media

  • @sirjambo "How do jews with only a few million do much more for humanity than the billon plus muslims?"

You're an athiest yet you believe everything the govt tells you? LOL!! FYI Israel was created by the U.S after the holocaust to give the jews a place to live, the palestinians were evicted from presentday israel by the U.S and forced to live in a tiny section in the outskirts of Israel.9/11 was an inside job by MOSSAD(jews) the motive was to frame the muslims & invade arab lands.

  • @gosox773 "You're an athiest yet you believe everything the govt tells you?"

I am an atheist PRECISELY because I don't BELIEVE what I am told.

" Israel was created by the U.S..."

Do you just make these things up?

"9/11 was an inside job by MOSSAD(jews) the motive was to frame the muslims & invade arab lands."

What would muslims be without CONSPIRACY THEORIES?

They do not believe in the THEORY of EVOLUTION, but ANY conspiracy theory is BELIEVED.

    Just how stupid are you?

  • @sirjambo I'm not a Muslim nor a Muslim sympathizer you are clearly delusional if you believe unassisted cavemen(Alqaeda) were capable of coordinating 9/11.You defend Jews & Israel yet you're an atheist how is that even possible!!!

  • Comment removed

  • @CrazyKitten00 All religions are equally stupid.

There's an easy test for that. The second "faith" is required - you shouldn't be accepting it as correct.

And that is a test that every religion fails in. Faith is not a virtue, it's gullibility.

It's what you need to accept something as correct when you don't have any evidence, but want to believe it anyway.

It's not a good thing. It's stupid and irrational and you as an intelligent human being should know better.

  • @ScientificBob Yet the scienitsts have to have faith that some day they will be proved correct.

Foe example. there are 3 facts that everyone knows they are:

    1 life comes from life

2 a human comes from humans

3 there is deign in life

There is no other evidence that that.

So what the scientists have done is The Greatest Snow Job on Earth. A con.

They give us a blizzard of bit's of info to try to bury the real answers.

  • @MrDunsapy "life comes from life" We observe life to produce life, correct. That doesn't mean that life can ONLY come from life. It merely means that, among other things, producing more life is a property of life.

"a human comes from humans" Yes. And primates come from primates. And mammals from mammals. Etc.

"there is design in life" Depending on how you define "design", I agree. But 'design' doesn't imply a 'designer'. The force of nature "design" stuff all the time.

  • @ScientificBob The evidence we have says life come from life. Now, the scientists are supposed to follow the evidence. but they go against the evidence we have and say life could have happen on it' own. But they have nothing to support that.

So without evidence, it is only their idea, they say that it is possible for life to happen naturally on its own.

Do you see why I say the scientists, do not follow evidence. The result is, that they close their minds ( blinded) by their own ideas.

  • @MrDunsapy "The evidence we have says life come from life" Observing that life produces more life does not exclude any type of process that brings about life from non-life. To suggest that it does is a fallacy.

But see, here's the thing... there is MUCH evidence to suggest that pure chemistry is perfectly capable of creating a self-replicating organic molecule. The fact that we haven't gotten to the bottom of it yet doesn't invalidate the idea. It only means that there is more work to be done

  • @MrDunsapy "But they have nothing to support that" This is simply a lie. You should really read up on Abiogenesis. They are much further along then you think they are.

"Do you see why I say the scientists, do not follow evidence" Yes: because you are completely oblivious and ignorant of the evidence.

"The result is, that they... " No, the result is that you are arguing from ignorance against strawmen and making a fool of yourself.

  • Comment removed

  • @ScientificBob

1 life comes from life, that is the only evidence we have. To say it could have come from non life , you have to have evidence that. But there is none. So the scientists are using their own ideas instead of evidence. Do you 'see' that?

2 a human comes from a human, that is what the evidence we have says.

3 there is design in life. That is easy to explain. If I ask you to build a cat robot. Will you design it and then use intelligence to build it?

  • @MrDunsapy 1. all of the building blocks of life, once branded "irreducibly complex" by morons like you, have been proven to be perfectly capable of self-assembly through natural chemistry. We are even finding amino acids in rocks from outer space...

    2. evolution doesn't say otherwise. if humans would give birth to non-humans, evolution would be falsified.

  • @MrDunsapy 3. appearance of design doesn't imply a 'designer'. Natural Selection is perfectly capable of "design". The processes of evolution are so efficient in "blind design" that it's even used as an optimisation methodology these days. Big parts of the engine of a boeing 747 for example were "designed" by such an algoritm. I even made a software product that blindly evolves business process according to user provided parameters: least cost, fastest completion time, least resources, etc.

  • @MrDunsapy Here's a website you should check out: boxcar2d(dot)com

It uses a genetic algoritm to evolve cartoon cars. Leave it open for about an hour and look at the results.

Then come back here and tell me who the "designer" is of the 'designed' cars that are racing accross your screen.

Was it the algoritm? Or was it your imaginary friend in the sky?

  • @MrDunsapy I have a final question for you...

What if tomorrow the abiogenesis researchers succeed in having life self-assemble from non-living material in the lab... what will you do?

Will you continue to say "only life produces life" and plug your ears? Or will you admit that you might be wrong about all this stuff?

Think carefully before you answer that question.

  • @ScientificBob let me just intervene here, I HAVE ALREADY BEEN THROUGH THIS WITH YOU! are you incapable of learning or listening? by YOUR RULES, life comes from life only!

    Q: is God alive??

A: NO + he created us = LIFE FROM NON LIFE

B: YES = HE CANT EXIST BECAUSE LIFE DID NOT CREATE HIM!

you then replied with "god has always been" to which i replied then the universe could have always been, again NO NEED FOR A GOD! either way YOUR idea of god IS A FALLACY! now accept that and move on!

  • @theUKatheist God is alive and has always been. Yes. That is why life comes from life.

The scientists tells us there was a start to the universe. They call it the Big Bang, I call it Creative expansion of matter.

So the question is where did the material come for the universe? Some say energy. The bile says God's power, or energy.

But if you ask a scientists where did that energy come from , they say they don't know.

  • @MrDunsapy "they say they don't know."

YES and there is your answer WE DON'T KNOW!

making shit up as you do is called ARGUING FROM IGNORANCE!

EVERYTHING you assert is a huge argument from ignorance WHICH I HAVE ALREADY TOLD YOU! why are you incapable of mental thought !!

you come across AS A MORON!

you just keep repeating yourself after being told its wrong AND WHERE TO LOOK to see WHY its wrong.

let me ask you ARE YOU INCAPABLE OF LEARNING??

    then watch this!

    /watch?v=uLeSuEXymo4

    LEARN!

  • @theUKatheist I'm gonna go ahead and assume that you hit the wrong reply button?

  • @MrDunsapy The rest of your post is just the same old gibberish I always get from people who are completely scientific illiterate. "Faith" is not welcome in science. NOTHING will be accepted in science if you don't have supporting evidence. Because THAT is what "faith" means: to accept something as correct without valid reasons. Science is testable. No faith required.

  • @sirjambo because their holy book says they are liars and not to be trusted and fair game

  • @CrazyKitten00 they laugh at jews at the end. whats your point?

  • @theUKatheist I think they are praising jews at the end cause he turns out he was right. nice find anyway

  • @CrazyKitten00 Jews write this shit. They even direct Christmas movies.

  • @CrazyKitten00 Yes, they laugh at themselves all the time.

  • Only latitude and longitude decide your fairytale upbringing. Yet once you see a particle universe none of this shit means anything. No church in the wild - No religion in quantum mechanics.

  • I just had an awesome idea for a reality tv series...take 3 Christians and 3 Atheist and put them in a house. No one leaves until they are converted to either side. Offer $30,000 per person converted but if you convert you only get the amount of money from the people converted before you were converted...so lets say your an atheist and you get converted with 1 christian on the other team left you only get $60,000...I would pay money too watch this XD...

  • @Deeredman4 lol it would never end or atheists would always win ;)

  • @theUKatheist my point exactly lol

  • @Deeredman4 i would definitely go on this show , easy income :D

  • @theUKatheist I don't think I could stand living in the same house as a bunch of Christians trying to convert me...It would be like being legally obligated too let the Jehovah's Witness into your home XD....but it would definitely be funny too see some of their desperate arguments after their desperate arguments themselves get worn out XD lol I'm imagining something along the lines of "God is an Idea, that ummm, God is a umm, just shut up, your an idiot" lol XD

  • @theUKatheist

And there are no rules, so the athiest can slip some LSD to the Christians. hahaha

  • @Deeredman4 hell yes!

  • @Mrnotafag

(The Mr. doth protest too much, methinks.)

Scientists say, "There are predicted physical effects of the Big Bang that we could observe. Since every observation we have made has supported the theory, we are probably on the right track."

Religion says, "The universe was created 6000 years ago by a magic man. There is nothing to observe because he deliberately deceived us. Also there are observations we've made that don't fit our theory, but we have chosen to ignore them."

  • @CRShelton Don't forget that the magic man who deliberately deceived us too "test our faith" then later tells us that deception is a sin and of the devil(which the same magic man who knows all and see's all and can do no evil created by the way)...food for thought ;)

  • @MrNotaFag Where are you getting your facts from?

  • well we can both agree to one thing, and that's that we hate jews!! hilarious

  • And the moon is in the seventh house! Hitler had the right idea! (Hate the Jews, and we can ALL get along in peace!)

  • There is only one thing that you cant prove or disprove, it is something that does not exist.

  • Leave Atheists and Religious Evil fanatics alone! They cause wars. True Believers are enough for us...

  • Hysterical!

  • ahhaha the bible is true because it says its true

  • you can't prove their is a god, you can't prove their isn't a god. That's why i'm agnostic.

Don't believe that atheist propaganda that religion is the cause of all wars, problems and ills of human society. It is human nature to fight, whether it's a family row or a world war. We'll find any reason to fight greed, nationalism, defence, and sometime in the past religion. And atheists who think it's ok to mock other people's beliefs are dicks, like Dawkins, who makes me ashamed to be British.

  • @98raza20 you cant prove there is no god because its nonsensical. you cant prove there is no invisible elephants orbiting Jupiter , does that mean you believe there might be?

also you are NOT just agnostic. Agnosticism is not a belief on its own. It's a modifier. I am an agnostic atheist as opposed to a gnostic atheist, an agnostic theist, or a gnostic theist. you are one of these.

    continued

  • @theUKatheist Fuck ! ^^ you said the same thing as me. I didn't see it and wrote it! damn ^^

  • @Amsemsora haha don't worry I'll let you off, its very true though. These people don't understand the burden of proof or arguing from ignorance.

  • @98raza20 cont

"atheist propaganda that religion is the cause of all wars"

no respected atheist said this at all, religion has undoubtedly caused the most deaths and is the cause of many wars. not all of them.

"atheists who think it's ok to mock other people's beliefs are dicks"

if you know these beliefs are crazy and cause deaths and delay human development then why not? mocking them will make them look into their delusion and question it!

eg believing Noahs arc is possible is UNHEALTHY!

  • @theUKatheist do u know these beliefs are crazy? no, there is no way to prove God doesn't or does exist, there for it is entirely possible that God exists, there for believing in a God isn't delusional, crazy or unhealthy just like believing that God doesn't exist isn't delusional, crazy or unhealthy, and btw lots of things cause wars and deaths, most of them aren't religion most are about power and greed., people trying to keep gas cheep causes wars, ar u complaining about that? probably not,

  • @98raza20 Belief in a god might not necessarily be crazy but believing the world is only 6-10 thousand years old, that there was a giant flood that wiped out most life on the earth, that a man that who was born to a virgin walked on water, raised the dead, healed the sick with magic, was killed then resurrected himself as well as an entire cemetery is crazy.

If you believe something despite there being no supportive evidence and evidence that contradicts the claims, then you are crazy.

  • @98raza20 that's like saying if you believe in fairies, unicorns and flying elephants its okay and not crazy because they may exist. Yes a God may exist but there is no evidence to support it. Are you suggesting to believe something without evidence and to go against reason and logic simply because this thing may exist? That's just silly now isn't it. What's the difference between an imaginary thing that could exist and God? .. Answer, nothing. So why assume its existence without proof?

  • @98raza20 Wtf?

    1) If Ifollow the definition of Kant, who was an agnostic theist, I can say that being an agnostic doesn't make you not to be a atheist (or a theist). (i am a agnostic atheist)

    2) you can't prove greek gods didn't exist, so you have to be agnostic about that, and about spongbob, and about every fictional character in the word. However we are able to say if something is probable or not, despite we haven't real evidence.

    3) Religion MAY, as every social facts, cause problems.

  • @98raza20 Religion is just a tool used by politicians as an excuse for everything including wars.

  • @98raza20 "you can't prove their is a god, you can't prove their isn't a god. That's why i'm agnostic."

    Do you believe in god?

  • @byteresistor cough *there*

  • @98raza20 ok let me explain something to you. agnosticism is a appeal to knowledge, while atheism is a response to a belief. for example, one can be an agnostic theist, a gnostic theist, an agnostic atheist or a gnostic atheist.
