  • @Jacobo143

What I like about that program is that in

less than 20days, you will immediately

see the incredible result. I definitely love

there program! But anyway, you forgot to

mention the site name. Here it is:

    TeethWhiteningProgram. info

  • try getting a wisdom tooth removed now that is torture

  • I just got scaling of my teeth done today. it hurt like hell. haha. but it feels good to know that they are now clean :) inside and out.

  • My toes always cringe watching these type of videos >_<

  • God whats with all the blood!?! Ew, dont tell me thats good for the teeth, man last time I went for a oral exam it felt like I was being stabbed 50 times, I just wanted that shit to be over and it makes me feel better that I had to pay for that torture.

  • @FreeThinkingWoman88 why you mad tho?

  • @ginad17 I was about to ask the exact same thing.

  • I'm going in for a deep cleaning This monday :) I look forward to feeling so much better than what I am right now.

  • Ha I just had this done it wasn't so bad :)

  • & I'm getting my teeth cleaned Tuesday? NO WAY.

  • I had this done today. Now I know why it hurt!

  • ok wtf? i dont know about anyone else but this isnt what they do when i get my teeth cleaned

  • @digitalmicetails I am a hygienist. Could you please tell me what do they do.

  • @ramindavani they put some paste stuff in my mouth that taste like yogurt an rub it all over my teeth then spray it off with a water pick thingy then pick at them

  • @digitalmicetails what you have just described is called pulishing. Pulishing is done after teeth are cleaned. Are you saying that your dentist only pulishes your teeth and pretends that you had your teeth cleaned? If this is the case, then you can easily sue him.

  • @ramindavani oh really? thanks

  • @ramindavani Not all patients require scaling. Also, you're referring to 'polishing' which helps remove excess plaque and may be all that's required to promote oral health. Learn about what you're commenting on before telling people to sue!

  • @FreeThinkingWoman88 OMG! who are you? Not all patients require scaling? says who? Even people with the best possible oral hygiene need scaling because there are areas that they miss while brushing or flossing. Learn before you open your mouth. Dentists are piece of craps, they are idiots. When a patient goes to a dentist to have his teeth cleaned, the dentist takes 15 minutes to clean. Really? But why when he asks me to clean, he expect me to work 45 minutes on the same patient?

  • @ramindavani Dentists are idiots? Idiots that tend to have a previous degree and then go through years of intensive medical training? Look up contraindications of scaling sweetheart. If a patient requires a 45 minute scale it might be because they've been referred for intensive treatment to a hygienist or perio specialist and are at risk of periodontal disease. Go to dental school before you bad mouth dentists and make fly away comments.

  • @FreeThinkingWoman88 Dentists are idiots and you are an idiot too. Shut the fuck up before I shut your mouth. I know alot about how dentists treat a hygiene patient vs. a hygienist treating the same patient. Referred to? shut the hell up. No one can clean 4 quads in 15 minutes. Its illigal, unethical, its ripping off patients. dentists spend a fucking 15 minutes to "supposedly" clean your teeth. answer this: do ordinary people know what it takes to have their teeth cleaned by a dentist? cont...

  • @ramindavani And how exactly do you plan on shutting me up my dear? I assure you I'm not an idiot. I'm training to be a dentist so it makes me angry when I hear people giving us a bad name. Of course you can't clean a whole mouth properly in 15 minutes. That's why patients are referred to hygeinists! They're an integral part of the dental TEAM. If you have a grudge against dentists, I suggest a career change. Dentists have ridiculous time constraints and patients require more than just cleaning!

  • @FreeThinkingWoman88 referred to hygeinists? Bullshit. Dentists will never give up a patient to a hygienist. They will do a crapy job and who is to know? Nobody. dentists are idiots, bastards, unethical mother fuckers. Dentist have ridiculous time constrains because they want to make money on every single opportunity. Understood? You agreed with me that nobody can clean a full mouth in 15 min. Then why denists do it? Because they dont give a crap. All they care is money. Got it.

  • @ramindavani Bitter you didn't get into dental school much?

  • @FreeThinkingWoman88 Fuck you. Dont change the subject. Answer the question you mother fucker.

  • @ramindavani ahahahhahhahahaha you need to chill out

  • @ramindavani Are you suggesting that every dentist should scale every patient at every appointment? There will be patients with good OH presenting with no calculus or staining. If your dentist doesn't give you a scale and polish, chances are you're ok not having one. A dentist's time is (unfortunately) limited. Giving someone an S&P without directing them on proper OH methods is a pointless endeavour.

  • @FreeThinkingWoman88 They have no clue. therefore what a dentist does is acceptable because they think its the dentist who cleans thier teeth and he/she will do a good job. Right? WRONG. dentist do not give a crap when it comes to cleaning teeth. They dont say anything about brushing or flossing. its a business you moron. He does a prophy for $80 in 15 min. He gives me the "SAME" patient expecting me to work on him for 45 min. WHY? because he pays me. UNDERSTOOD?

  • @ramindavani Funny that, at the best dental school in England, we're constantly being taught the importance of educating the public and doing charity work in the local community. Yes, there are cowboy dentists who give others a bad name, but there are those concerned with preserving peoples' health. If your only experience is with the former, I suggest you change dentist. Tell me this. Who should care more about keeping a patient's teeth clean: The dentist, or the patient whose teeth they are?

  • @digitalmicetails Also, the 'picking' they do is likely to be a sickle scaler or curette. It's a different way to remove calculus using hand instruments, and is as effective as ultrasonic scaling as seen in this video. It's usual for the dentist to remove an plaque by polishing to expose the calculus deposits underneath.

  • owh

  • no problem just ditch the fulcrum i guess???!

  • A cleaning is your least of worries when you go to the dentist. Trust me, you feel so much better after getting them cleaned. My gums always bleed too, but you dont really notice it all that much because you can't actually see it.

  • Im getting this done tomorrow now im scared

  • Omg I'm doing to the dentist on Wensday February 16 2011 I'm 10 and I'm getting my teeth cleaned, i am so scared now after watching this vid, I don't want a mouth full of water! What if I accidentally swollow? I'll drown! I'm so scared I'm crying, and don't call me a cry baby!

  • um..ouch..no pain meds...what....I am scared

  • When I have this done, it always hurts, and last time left my gums bleeding. Is that normal?

  • @TRWolf Well I can see that it bleeds with this girl too... it HURTS damnit

  • @TRWolf Bleeding means you need to brush and floss more. Those who take good care of their teeth at home will not bleed at the dental office. Those who take poor care of their teeth such as brushing only once a day vs. twice a day, or not flossing at least once a day, etc. will have bleeding gums. If your gums bleed after a dental visit it means you have gingivitis or periodontal disease and therefore need to do a better job at home.

  • @Sallyallie89 Thanks for your reply. The thing is, I take good care of my teeth. I only btush once a day though, but I take my time over it and use a modern electric toothbrush and a good mouthwash, plus I dont have a lot of sugary things and have low sugar in everything else. I can't floss though because my teeth are quite tight together, no gaps...

  • @TRWolf There is never a contact tight enough between teeth to the point where you can't floss. You just need to have a dental hygienist or dentist show you how it is done. If you hygienist can get the floss through your teeth than it can be done. Besides, adults are not supposed to have gaps between their teeth, only kids should have gaps.

Gaps = no floss, just brush between teeth

No gaps/contact between teeth = Floss

  • @TRWolf Also, that's why your gums bleed. If you are having trouble flossing then your gums will bleed because you aren't getting all the plaque out. A toothbrush alone can only do so much, especially when only used once a day. I too use a powered toothbrush, but I still brush twice a day for 2 minutes each time. So you should ask you hygienist to show you how to floss next time you visit her and also start brushing twice a day for 2 minutes each, along with an antimicrobial rinse.

  • @Sallyallie89 Thank you for the advice :)

  • @TRWolf No problem. I am a soon to be dental hygienist since I am currently in school. I enjoy helping people because it helps me in return. I'll need to know how to talk to people when it comes to educating them on the best ways to care for their teeth =)

  • @TRWolf A quick bit of advice. Electric tooth brushes are less effective if you try to use them like a normal one. (scrubbing etc) Hold it still over all the surfaces of your teeth and make sure the bristles are held up onto where your gum meets your tooth. Most people miss their gum line when they brush, so they think they're doing ok, but miss the important bits.

  • this is why i don't go to the dentist. fuck that shit man - made my eyes water seeing this! :(

  • 1:22 DIES

  • ewww, groossss

  • brutal

  • Her teeth looked clean, she doesn't need a scale and polish.

  • @Mirpuria Even if teeth look clean to the naked eye there is still plaque and sometimes (depending on the patient) calculus below the gum line where a tooth brush can't reach. Calculus is basically just another word for tartar and does not come off even if you can reach it with a tooth brush. Therefore a cleaning is necessary.

  • Teeth are bones...how the heck do they get inflamed? You mean inflamed gums?

  • @jmr1068204 Teeth are not exactly a bone. The layers within a tooth contain the enamel (outermost layer), dentin (middle layer), and the pulp (innermost layer). The pulp can indeed get inflamed. One of the main causes for an inflamed pulp is leaving a cavity untreated. The cavity gets large enough to the point where it affects the deepest part of the tooth (the pulp) and causes it to become inflamed and thus extremely painful.

  • @jmr1068204 are you jocking?

  • @jmr1068204 Pulpitis (though that requires endodontic treatment, which is not relevant to this video).

  • @jmr1068204 teeth are not bones, they sit in bones. And bone can get inflamed it is a living tissue.

  • omg why???
