Joe Nulley just sold the place :(...what an incredible man! I spent a week at Cloud 9 in 2009 and it was a time Ill never forget. The food was awesome, the staff very friendly and helpful and Sihanoukville is really an incredible place to experience. Im sad to see Joe go, but as always "Gday mate", peace and blessings. I wish the new owners well and continued success.

very nice -- i will be there someday - but there is only one of me - i want to stay everyplace - i thank buddha for the video here - so many choices - where is best for me ?
