Call Nike and they will give you some type of number( forgot what it was called) and they will tell you to write a letter saying what wrong with them and you put it in the shoe box. Then you send the box to nike, they will inspect them and in like 3 week they send you a credit voucher, worth the money of the cleats. Lets say they were 350, then they will give you 350 credits to use on Nike.com

Same thing happened to both pairs of Superfly's after only 2-3 of play, shit pisses me off, bc of the fact they are so expensive and Nike doesn't make them anymore. The only thing they offer is a voucher for what you paid for them if you send them; or if they still in stock they will replace them. Nike needs to get their shit straight bc I have yet to hear problems with the Adizero's.

if you broke the studs of a boot, you can send them back to Nike and they'll give a new product voucher. You should do that. One guy of my team it happened the same and he sent the boots back to Nike and Nike they gave him a new product voucher
