@luvingg Kinda like prunes like the person below said, sans the somewhat tangy taste of prune. It's more chewy and is pure sweetness. Has a very light crisp crust.

I did this, but I cooked steak, then wrapped it in bacon, rubbed brown sugar all over the bacon then poured melted cheese down the filling and covered it in more bacon. Just like epic meal time. Omnomnom, best ever :]
