Mice in love had a periodic stay in 30s-50s Warner Bros.cartoons:
""He Was Her Man", Friz Freleng,1937
"A Sunbonnet Blue", Tex Avery, 1937
"The Mice WIll Play", Ted Avery, 1937
"A Hick, A Slick, And A Chick", Arthur Davis, 1948
"Mouse-Warming", Chuck Jones, 1952
"The Honeymousers" saga, 1957-60
[Not counting "Ain't We Got Fun", by Tex Avery from 1937 with brief mice in love scenes or other cursory reliaces on Valentines'day mice in Warner Bros.carotons!]
This is the last cartoon to have stock music playing over the end title. "Plenty of Money and You," the Merrie Melody released before this one, was the first to have the "Merrily We Roll Along" music playing over the end title.
Two mice in love are joking and playing at a fashionable hat shop. But a rat tries to play the old fashiomed villain who kidnaps the girl. So all the other mice there are helping her lover to find her. Hiding under all the hats they finally get her back.

I love it! I wonder why there hasn't been any recordings of "I haven't got a hat"?

Did you check iTunes? Sometimes it has stuff from the past, including songs.
