Action RPS isn't necessarily descriptive either. Using one adjective doesn't make it a different genre. RTS in general are pretty actiony and stating that DOTA-style games are Action RTS doesn't really say anything different about the genre.
@Caesarr7 If a mmorpg isn't online, then its a mmrpg, if theres no mm, then its a rpg. Action RTS might 'sound' better, but its a pain to type out, looks long winded, and its abbreviation is ARTS....which is more retarded. CHECK OUT OUR BRAND NEW ARTS GAME!!!!!!.......yeah.
Games like DoTA/HoN are BES games, Birds-eye Strategy.
