smoking is horrible.. did that for 4 years in my life and wasn't to hard to quit because i knew it was hurting me but continues to this day to hurt me. Coffee is jsut wierd because once you quit it.. your are less motivated to do stuff; but your feel better.. and after a while your motivation comes back; just in a different way.
