Look at using CPES. Google "The Rot Doctor". Look in their new applications section, there is at least one post with youtube link of someone using CPES to repair their RV.
I also added additional framing to the rear, removing the rotted studs and using screws and construction adhesive as well as additional cut OSB panels to sandwich between the studs, secured with construction adhesive. I used a chisel to remove the rotted sections on the edges of the trailer, used ripped down 2X4s, construction adhesive and screws to rebuild the profile.
I have the same trailer. Getting the trim off by the slide is tough, it is screwed in and the putty water seal acts like an adhesive.
The skirting is something I replace by removing the metal to above the floor line, where the OSB skirting has a seam. I cut new OSB to the same shape, backing it with a 2x4 screwed to the floor bottom, providing extra attachment strength. I coated the wood with black roof seal and removed the belly board material that Jayco used to cover the original skirt.
That is stapled at the seems ...Stapled to the 2x2's wall frame...Remove them round water inlets, Start at the bottom piece Then remove the staples at each seem. You can handle that window Alone.
