In my opinion headbanging is sort of a natural reaction to this kind of music....spinning kicks and fuckin "hardcore dancing" is something people learn from their friends and from seeing other people doing it...which makes you a follower. imo, justian is wayy better than derek, derek changes the drumtracks for every song.. and the beats sound soo average, justain in the other hand blasted that fuckin drumset.
