  • @ajayvijh chicken ki yakhni ya soup

  • what is chicken stalk ??

  • @ajayvijh its simple soop of chicken, with just table spoon of oil or none.

You can also make it and keep in home, put chicken pieces with bones and pore water in it and let it boil for a while, you can add pinch of salt and touch of oil.

You can also add Large pieces of Onion for this.

    This looks like water.

The reason we add Stock, instead of water is, to get more flawour and rich taste.

  • nice!!!

  • mindblowing u share it in a so easy way i m gonna try this in lunch

  • stop making me hungry :(

  • Hi Tried your recipe tonight and it was lovely. I added 50gs of breadcrumbs to the mix before frying. The sauce was a bit sour for me, so I added a tea spoon of brown sugar. Over all 10/10. Tastes just like Chinese takeaway. Thanks for sharing and making so easy.

  • Just did this recipe with some minor alterations. It has got great flavour. I substituted the salt & pepper for szechaun pepper, omitted the vinegar and added some rice wine and mushrooms. Next time I'm going to forgo the deep frying method to end up with a lighter dish.
