The animation is meh, But the song is amazing.

The animation seems to only scream "OH LOOK, THIS GAME HAS A LOT OF FEMALE CHARACTERS, WE MUST SHOW THIS OFF THROUGH THE ENTIRE OPENING" Though, I am quite Happy that Etna got into the game(Quite mad about no Laharl or Mao, or even Adell or Rosa(Was that her name, from Disgaea 2?) I dunno why everyone seems to hate this game, It's a fun RPG.

Yup U.S. version was forced to have trophies and Japanese version was not forced. Any PS3 game starting February 2009 has to have trophies in order to be released.

Because GUST characters are in this game, I just HAD to buy it... well there's also other reasons that made my buy it.. but personally because of GUST characters from games such as Ar Tonelico and the upcoming game Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy.

As for this game, when you see the battles (and how sick the attacks get), you'll understand why it's on the PS3.

For some reason encounter random battle seems to take awhile to load. Im hoping if it dose comes outside of regin the loading can improve a bit faster. Well i only tested the Demo but overall i would buy it regardless how load Budget it takes. As long as good gameplay, Story with good system its all worth it. We cant compare a 4 million dollar project game vs a 750k dollar project games so =)z.

Disgaea 3 can't work on PS2 because of Memory limitation,and I'm not talking about the space on the disc.The PS2 itself wouldn't have been able to play the game even if it did fit in a DVD.Dunno about this game though.If you ask me,it's better this way anyway.PS2 is nearly dead anyway,and it's about time.xbox dropped the original xbox really quickly when 360 came out.THAT was a good move.If you more details on OMGWTFWHYITSNOTONPS2 check the gamefaq boards.Graphics isn't all that needs power.

Did you check the games coming out on it in the next months?Theres really nothing left coming out on the system.(Can't wait for Ar Tonelico II though.Going to be the last PS2 game I'm gonna buy I think...an awesome one at that too)It's not dead,but it won't be for long...and nearly dead usually means no good games until the end.And UMDs space limit is 1.8GB.Which is NOT way more than DVDs which are 4.7.(And nothing is better than blu-ray.I think it's like 25 GB.)
