Thanks. I guess if I had more training in singing I could be as good as you at some point. That's what people have told me, that I sing well but need training.

well, i have had 8 years of theater training and 2-3 years of choir training, the theater training taught me projection and emotion, the choir training taught me how to do harmonies, how to sing with a group, and all the technicalities like getting louder and softer at points without going overboard. but i think the most important things to have are the confidence in your ability and the drive to improve in anyway possible. i still tend to strain on some voices and my throat pays for it later.

Yeah I have noticed my early songdubs were more natural and sounded better, whereas later on when I was really trying to impress people my fandubs haven't been as great (except for "Drive Me the Mercury"). I need to loosen up I think.

I have taken drama too - twice in junior high, once in high school, and once in college. I think that's why I tend to pick clips for my songdubs that have dialogue in them, because I like doing the dialogue a lot.

Yeah I think that's correct. For me, I think the most dialogue I've done in a songdub was in my "La Soldier" one, although "La Moon" is pretty close too.

I'm surprised you can't. Or maybe its just not possible without trying to sing the whole song in Japanese. Could have something to do with being Hispanic but I can adapt to singing in other languages easy. Still this was very well done and I'm glad you managed to find a way to make it work in the end.
