awww why no money shot showing what it actually looked like cooked??? I make something similar but use apple juice as the liquid, so you don't have to sweeten it.

What I love about quinoa is that it's so bland that it will take on all flavors. It is the true "every food" & it can be paired with nearly anything.

Oooh, that looks really good. I just started cooking some for the first time, and it smells like Cream of Wheat, which I ate all the time as a kid!
