@Vuady2adun no problem mate you just go into your squad, click on a player and select apply consumable and you will get a choice of what you can apply e.g fitness coach physio etc. you can also buy more on the auctions or in premium packs by buying fifa cash which costs real money but its cheap like 500 fifa cash for £3.00
