@magog1138 WRONG, that is not how you REPAIR credit, that is how you keep your credit in good standing. Repairing bad credit takes multiple letters of dispute, debt validation letters, pay for deletion letters, filing complaints with the AG and FTC, and possibly going to court. It can be done within 6 months, difficult, a year is realistic, without doing this, you will sit there and wait for 5-7 years for things to drop off, and your credit wont go up til then.
if you're having problems getting a payday loan it's because of your credit most likely, if your having problems and are interested in repairing your credit score write me. I can help raise it up 150 points legally.

THE TRUTH ON HOW TO REPAIR BAD CREDIT:
- Save. Money. Stop eating out, going out, etc. Save, save, save, save, save.
- Get your Credit Report (it's free. find out how.)
- Find out what you owe, including write-offs.
- Start Paying them. Seriously. Pay. Off. Your. Debt. PAY. OFF. YOUR. DEBT.
- Save MORE money. Pretend you have a debt, say $100, or $50, or $300. What u can. See if you can keep it up.
- Get a secured credit card, don't go over the limit, keep up your payments.
