The real intellectually dishonest people here are Media Matters. When I saw the title of the video, I thought that Glenn Beck was blaming the death of the soldier on Kieth Olbermann. Turns out the clip they have, you have to listen to the end and it turns out that Glenn is saying the opposite, that it IS dishonest to blame Olbermann. So Glenn is defending Keith and yet look at all the nasty blogs about Glenn, guess nobody listened to the end, or they are a bunch of hate mongers

You just misread it. And he's not defending Olbermann, he's trying to say, dishonestly, that Olbermann has made comments that are just as likely to incite violence as O'Reilly's. You seem to accept the "intellectually dishonest" position that O'Reillys comments caused the death of Tiller, but don't apply the same standard to Olbermann with his nightly hate filled diatribes. Of course O'Reilly isn't to blame for Tiller's murder. The quotes in the video's title highlight the fact that Beck is dishonestly bringing Olberman into the equation. He accuses Olbermann of rallying against the troops and calling them baby killers. Do you see the point of the video? Beck is being intellectually dishonest in his defense of O'Reilly by attributing hateful comments to Olbermann that he never actually said. Honesty is not a despicable motive.
Depends on who's honesy you are examining. Olbermann's constatant railing on the war, Guantanamo Bay, Haditha, "illegal war", Torture, etc. This kind of dishonest , politically motivative rhetoric can certainly inflame the outrage of people sympathetic to the "islamic' cause as the murderer of the recruiter certainly was. Obermann did not talk about this recruiter specifically, but he has gone after private citizens like "Joe the Plumber" for asking Obama a question.
No, Olbermann is not responsible for the recruiters death, nor is O'Reilly responsible for Tiller's. But there is an appropriate analogy to be made. Olbermann blatantly blamed O'Reilly, and Fox news (and even called for a boycott) Beck made the analogy, but made it clear that he was not blaming Olbermann, and used the analogy to demonstrate the obserdaty of Olbermanns charge. Nothing wrong with Becks honesty, but as you have already aknowledged, Olbermann is definately dishonest.
You're still not seeing the difference. You can hate Olbermann all day. Rallying against the war and torture is not a condemnation of the troops. He never laid the blame for the administration's mistakes at the feet of the soldiers and he certainly never, that I know of, called them murderous baby killers like Beck says in his comments. That's it. You can disagree with Olbermann about Tiller's death but you're disagreeing with his opinion, not his facts. O'Reilly did say that shit.
Beck, on the other hand, actually lies with his facts. No matter who's opinion you agree with, Beck was the one who introduced actual false information and presented it as reality. Take opinions out of this equation and you might get what I'm saying. Olbermann may be wrong on O'Reilly but he didn't lie about his words. Beck lied about Olbermann's words (sorry, he did) and that's what the video is addressing. It isn't about agreeing with either's opinion.

One world currency does not mean one world government. It means not having to change currency from country to country. With a global economy, inevitable under the current conditions, it's already universal, you just have to do more conversions the way it is. Climate change is about the environment. That's it. There's no conspiracy, just science that points in that direction.

When he talks about it he sometimes will just use the Mao part without the surrounding speech. Look Becker the pecker. No one is literally BLAMING you or O'Reilly for the shooting. The guy who shot Dr.Tiller is to be blamed. What IS your fault, and those of alot of the characters on the fox news channel and on right wing radio, is saying the kind of statements that promotes anger, fear, and resentment against anything that is not the view of the evangelical right wing. I really fear that right wing extremism is only gonna get worse. That said, hatred isn't a political party, left or right

Yes, because college ignores actual facts and critical thinking, pushing forward a single-minded liberal view of things.
I know this because I asked my proffessors deep though questions when getting low marks on research papers and they told me my answers were well though out and well written, but wrong. These weren't right or wrong type papers, but my answers were wrong.
Many of that research has been proven correct over time.

Sorry, but the only opinions expressed in these videos is that of the person who's show the clip is taken from. You are exhibiting a learned response, one you are probably unaware of, but please, watch more videos by MM and see if ANY of their opinions pop up, then you might have a point. The real intellectually dishonest people here are Media Matters. When I saw the title of the video, I thought that Glenn Beck was blaming the death of the soldier on Kieth Olbermann. Turns out the clip they have, you have to listen to the end and it turns out that Glenn is saying the opposite, that it IS dishonest to blame Olbermann. So Glenn is defending Keith and yet look at all the nasty blogs about Glenn, guess nobody listened to the end, or they are a bunch of hate mongers

What are you talking about? The title of the video is "Glenn Beck: It is "intellectually dishonest" to blame Olbermann for murder of soldier." Media Matters hasn't mislead you with the title. You just misread it. And he's not defending Olbermann, he's trying to say, dishonestly, that Olbermann has made comments that are just as likely to incite violence as O'Reilly's. Don't mistake his motives here.

I think you are referencing a post I made about a month ago, The placement of the quotation marks is misleading, The title leads you to believe that Beck IS blaming Olbermann, he did not. You seem to accept the "intellectually dishonest" position that O'Reillys comments caused the death of Tiller, but don't apply the same standard to Olbermann with his nightly hate filled diatribes. Your motives are as dispicable as Olbermanns

Of course O'Reilly isn't to blame for Tiller's murder. The quotes in the video's title highlight the fact that Beck is dishonestly bringing Olberman into the equation. He accuses Olbermann of rallying against the troops and calling them baby killers. Do you see the point of the video? Beck is being intellectually dishonest in his defense of O'Reilly by attributing hateful comments to Olbermann that he never actually said. Honesty is not a despicable motive.

Depends on who's honesy you are examining. Olbermann's constatant railing on the war, Guantanamo Bay, Haditha, "illegal war", Torture, etc. This kind of dishonest , politically motivative rhetoric can certainly inflame the outrage of people sympathetic to the "islamic' cause as the murderer of the recruiter certainly was. Obermann did not talk about this recruiter specifically, but he has gone after private citizens like "Joe the Plumber" for asking Obama a question.

No, Olbermann is not responsible for the recruiters death, nor is O'Reilly responsible for Tiller's. But there is an appropriate analogy to be made. Olbermann blatantly blamed O'Reilly, and Fox news (and even called for a boycott) Beck made the analogy, but made it clear that he was not blaming Olbermann, and used the analogy to demonstrate the obserdaty of Olbermanns charge. Nothing wrong with Becks honesty, but as you have already aknowledged, Olbermann is definately dishonest.

You're still not seeing the difference. You can hate Olbermann all day. Rallying against the war and torture is not a condemnation of the troops. He never laid the blame for the administration's mistakes at the feet of the soldiers and he certainly never, that I know of, called them murderous baby killers like Beck says in his comments. That's it. You can disagree with Olbermann about Tiller's death but you're disagreeing with his opinion, not his facts. O'Reilly did say that shit.

Beck, on the other hand, actually lies with his facts. No matter who's opinion you agree with, Beck was the one who introduced actual false information and presented it as reality. Take opinions out of this equation and you might get what I'm saying. Olbermann may be wrong on O'Reilly but he didn't lie about his words. Beck lied about Olbermann's words (sorry, he did) and that's what the video is addressing. It isn't about agreeing with either's opinion.
