well once i was at the hotel,i wanted to go to the beatch and i accidentally left my iphone i usually don`t take my phone to the beatch cuz it`s dangerous,and one of my bffs toled me don`t you take ur phone,i say no,he goes do you know where it is,and i no but i`ll find it when i come back,he said find it now,so i tried to find it and it was hidden from the roomservice in a trash,and she said she didn`t knew,she wanted to steel my phone,i was beyond angry,but didn`t call the police.

no, it hasn't because, like you said, you found it before someone else did. I'm not some airhead like Lindsay who just leaves her crap everywhere. I don't think anything like this has happened to me. If it did, I would know my own phone number to prove it and it would take a lot before i called the cops.
