  • i love you i wish you were my teacher your amazing!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love your enthusiasm.

  • Acids and bases was the hardest part of the whole IB chemistry course, thanks alot man, you truly eased everything up for me! Greetings from Norway! =D

  • Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!

You must only get positive comments :)

  • Oh no. I've gotten some pretty harsh comments in the past, and been called lots of names, too! But a lot of times, those people use very inappropriate language, so I get rid of those comments. I have kept all the criticism that doesn't contain swearing up.

    Oh, yes...you're welcome.

    Chemguy

  • I have a Chemistry Exam tomorrow and you just kind of saved me! Your explanations are great and made me laugh several times.

    a huge THANK YOU!!

  • SIR...YOU SHOULD BE TEACHING AT A UNIVERSITY.......preferably mine...the world needs more people like you. keep the vids comin! and thanks a million

  • You sir, are the patron saint of Chemistry Education.

  • hey...what does 'K' stand for? and 'Kw'?

BUT YOU ARE THE MOST INCREDIBLE THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME

  • I believe K is the equilibrium constant.

Kw only has the subscript "w" to replace "water"

so Kw is the equilibrium constant of water

  • Comment removed

  • K is the equilibrium constant remember: K= [Products]/[Reactants]

Kw is the equilibrium constant for pH, basically it is ALWAYS (1.00*10^-14)

  • You really are an amazing teacher

Thank you so much for these videos that so many students find so helpful, including myself. They're especially good for me because although I'm from the UK, I want to go to college in the US so you go over topics that aren't in the syllabus here that I couldn't learn otherwise

    I can't thank you enough

  • YOU ARE THE BESTTT

    UR awesome ken...

i cant even explain how much of an assistnace u r to me.

May the LORD Bless your heart for taking time to teach us chemistry.

  • Give this man the Nobel prize for Education!

  • i agree.. i'm taking at the university taking first-year chemistry and they never explain things in simple terms and in a logical manner.. Chemguy makes you *understand* things instead of just punching numbers into an equations (which is what they do over here)..

  • what college is that?

  • suyeezoey read before you post, he says exactly how to watch the link. add &fmt=18 to the link and it'll play.

and Chemguy, thank you so much...these videos are incredible.

  • Hi Chemguy

Please can you upload the 3rd video for acids and bases. I can't view it and I in desperate need of some understanding. Your videos have been a tremendous help.

    Thanks again.

  • Add &fmt=18 directly to the address bar it comes up! I thank the person who wrote this (I accidently erased their posting...sorry, my friend. You deserve all the credit for that great tip!
