Anybody who buys property at El Dorado Ranch, La Ventana del Mar or Las Conchas del Mar is going to get stung. What they tell you here is the surface --- not all the problems and money it will cost you. This is a rip-off. We're out $250,000 so far! And a fidiocomiso lasts for 50 years, at which time you or your heirs have to renew it --- if they can't be reached --- or nobody in Mexico works hard enough to find them --- your family loses.

well i own there, and I used to work there, I have experienced no scams firsthand, nor anyone i know or worked with. and you have no evidence.
