Its a regular mouthpiece, the cup is just gold plated. Its still a vincent bach.

these trumpets use special mouthpices to play that high but give them some regular bach 7c and wouldnt be able to play for the shit

Trumpets are all "screamers" and all play a different note, or, whatever their highest note is. With the range that they have, they could obviously play the same note if they wanted to, their goal her, is to get attention, which they do.
