People in Europe get screwed over really hard when it comes to region lockouts and alot of great games never get ported to PAL format. So to compensate, Euro developers try to make games to fill out that market. Unfortunatly for us Europeans cant develop good games to save their lives (with exceptions ofcourse)

And since North Americans dont get alot of Japanese stuff, we end up with that crap over here beause it's cheap to localize.

I'm insulted by that. A lot of great games came from Europe. Scotland alone has made some amazing games like gta and Lemmings.
