  • In modern skiing without basic power and strength nothing else matters. Heavy squats, heavy step-ups and heavy lunges and dead lifts is the name of the game. All the hurky jurkey stuff comes after that.

  • @vbodyz - Agility still counts for something, but you make a good point. We'll get right to work on some strength conditioning videos. Thanks for pointing me in this direction.

  • wear some soccer cleats. for the running part. cause we know all go high school racers are fantastic soccer players. at least here in the midwest

  • Nice video. Great ideas for dry-land training and also rehab. I'm a PT and there a few very good exercises on your video I can incorporate into my program.

  • i had NO idea that kid did this kind of thing as an afterschool sport.. like football or soccer lol i kinda wish i grew up in these areas so i could be doing this fun stuff!
