A point of warning... the dot size is only available when you are not using the nunchuk/classic controller and motion sensing at the same time. We haven't found a way to get the Wiimote to send Buttons, IR, Motion, and Nunchuk information at the same time without losing the dot size.
Uhm... can FreeTrack, three points, be used with this?

Is the distance measured in any particular fashion? (in/cm)?

you can see what it measured in by using debug to output the data! if debug=wiimote.rawaccx
