At 7:40 - 7:60, she tells him his body will hold out for half a year (6 months). This is just due to the rapid aging alone (it's not related to the foxdie in his body).

Snake states at the end of the game that his "age is over", so it is implied that he has decided to give up fighting. As far as seeing more Snake, I think the best we can hope for is a remake of MG1 and MG2.

@xXExShinXx Dude, Naomi did run tests on him but she never game him an answer of when he would die.He soon tried to commit suicide in the end but Snake couldn't do it and ended up shooting else where.Big boss soon died after that from old age or fox die.So there would probably be a one final game and then Solid Snake would die after the game has finished.Or snake will have settled down and lived the rest of his life in peace before dying.

true,conker's bad fur day was raunchy more than gorey,i guess it's the ESRB's content system management that does the ratings,although ESRB doesnt do a good job period,they usually skim through the game as a demo,and then stop,they made a mistake with the PC GTA:SA,in which there was a hot coffee mod that lead to...well,more innappropriate things involving sex(uncensored),so yeah,let one little detail slip through the cracks and you can have a mistake,thats how the ESRB works nowadays =/
