Ive lived here my whole life i love the town im not so crazy about the people IN MY OPINION they are stuck up and rude! and you pay taxes to build pointless buildings for the rich snobs, instead of building appartments or homes for this crowded place its more useful and it benefits new people and everyone.

I've never heard of Las Cruses until I got offered a football scholarship to NMSU. It was Gods will for me to go to NM and make it a better place. I have done a lot of volunteer work to make Las Cruces a better place. Home is where the heart is. Las Cruces gave me a great education and helped mold me into the person I am today and for that I am thankful. LC will always have a special place in my heart. Go Aggies!!! It's God's town and I was lucky to receive the great gifts offered there.

i had the same idea, but i realized it wasn't that bad. it's cheap and everything is within a reasonable driving distance. the only thing that really sucks is that the place seems to close down at 11 or so. the only thing open past 11 are some restaurants, movies, and bars. that's the lame part.

My town too, I was a Mayfild HS Trojan, never got to play at NMSU though. I did 5 years in the Navy and missed home alot. I am now back and enrolled at NMSU...loving it. Go Aggies! Go Trojans!
