I gave this a Matinee, think about this, they had a FANTASTIC FOUR movie back in the 90's that never made it to theaters. Yes, it was that bad, this I thought was an improvement, wasn't that long, didn't drag, and you can take your kids to see it.

High Rental. This movie seemed to only be going for the fans of the comics. I loved the first fantastic four, but this one was bad. The story was just plain awful and when they showed Galactus, I was expecting to see some huge ass dude walking or flying through space, NOT SOME CLOUD!! I never read the comics, but a cloud floating in space that eats planets isn't a good idea for any movie.

All very notable points of this movie. Ya know, they are AGAIN making a remake for this series (simply titled 'Fantastic Four') in 2011. With all these non-canonical inaccuracies, this is definitely needed so we can ignore these two FF movies just like the 2003 Hulk when they made The Incredible Hulk as if the 2003 Hulk never happened.

I think a Silver Surfer movie is expected too, but I haven't seen the title in a while so maybe it was cancelled...

Yep, 'The Incredible Hulk' was far greater than 'Hulk', but for now my favorite Marvel movie that I can think of at the top of my head is Iron Man...

And whoops, I think I got the year wrong, it's either 2011 or 2013 that the FF remake is being made, according to those upcoming movies lists on IMDb...

And good that a Silver Surfer movie is in the works, it will actually have more plot to who he is and will portray Galactus as a man, from what I've read...

Yeah perhaps. I just liked how those 3 made a more believable story of sorts. Well I mean the characters are more and the recent movies definately took a more real turn. This still stays with the comic book way and while it's okay for the massive fans I like to see a bigger expansion. You know how the old cartoons always had such bizarre dialouge and stories? This felt more like that than it's own movie. But yeah I expect it's hard to follow the most popular ones. Still better than the first.
