I'd like to hear more about how to improve my influence within my social networks. It's hard to be heard in the 22 billion minutes/day that people are spending on Facebook, talk about a low signal to noize ratio...but, I'd agree with Clara that it's not clear what the shift to a more social web experience means.

from email, blogs, Friendster, Myspace & Facebook all changed what we call social media today but with all technology that keeps us connected socially, in a nowism world, if it becomes to much of a chore to maintain & im not doing it for profit & a popular enough alternative that does almost the same thing, ie. twitter, exist without the up keep, an easy sign up, smartphone friendly & an almost flat learning curve, i would switch.
