I first heard hammerbox when i was playing Road Rash in the mid 90's. I searched everywhere for there records. But at that time i was only 10 yrs old and i was living in northeastern Brazil. So i didn't find anything, The only solution i found was to plug some cables from my videogame to my dad's stereo and record those two songs featured in the game to a cassete tape and listen to it in my walkman. I only purchased the record 7 or 8 yrs later.
carrie is still singing she has her own label good inc. records look under carrie akre she has done a few solo albums and Garth started Blues spark Good friends If you like this look for green apple quickstep... And sky crys mary all great seattle bands
no doubt, numb is a great album...a buddy of mine had that album when we were younger...we listened to it wall to wall one summer, i think in '94
anyway...i was looking around on ebay a few years back and found a used copy of numb for $1.50 + shipping! You bet I bought that sucker...it's actually playing in my car right now. Great album...wish they had put out more stuff like it...
It's amazing how close all of us musician types are. There's a lot of bands that you could swear you've toured with that are now considered modern day legends. Hammerbox was no exception... I still think "Numb" was one of the best albums to come out of the nineties.
FYI, this was released in 1991, not 1988.

I used to have Hammerbox's first cd somewhere. And then I lost it. It's nearly impossible to find.

I remember seeing videos for "Hed" and "When 3 is 2". If anyone has them, I'd like to see them again. Thanks

Does anyone on here have the Hed music video? I spotted it on some VHS compilation a while back, but I can't seem to find it anywhere else.
