This move is based off the combination moves you could do in Saga Frontier (Blizzard, Moonlight Cut, Tres Flores). I think there may be an even deeper history down the series, but that was the only Saga game I played.

how do u learn moves with 3 abilities that were needed or four like beautiful 3 and raging pain. i dont get it cause u only have 2 ability slots and u need 3 abilities. wat do i do just swap them around til i learn the move?

Yea, pretty much swap them around after a couple of battles.

ah ok got it THX, Another question I was wonderin' I'm sure you've read about the FAQ about the ultimate Diorwood tempering I have followed all the ingredients, and it says it makes your weapon have an atk power of 999 I'm confused I have posted questions but none gave replies because the game was old but I was starting to play the game, kind of a newbie and it gave me a weapon of only 129 atk power...

Sorry, I can't help much here, since forging/tempering is a fairly difficult process. If you have all the necessary materials, you need to follow a step-by-step formula.

I'd like to add that Diorwood, the material, is a very rare item, in case you don't have it.

Just a quick question? how do you unlock Special Techniques? Especially the strongest technique for the 2 hand sword? THX

Each Special Technique uses 1 to 4 specific Abilities. For example, for Spiral Wave, you would use Somersault for several matches while equipping a 2H Sword in order to learn it. Higher level STs require you to use more abilities. For ones that require more than 2, you need to switch out between the required abilities.

I'd recommend looking up skill lists on GameFAQs.

By the way, you can sometimes randomly learn STs without having to try. These don't occur too often, however.
