I know that T Mac is absolutely amazing, but I can't help but feel he's missing his window. He's 30 years old and should be hitting his stride, but he's effectively missed out on years of playing time and the chance for improvement.

At this point, he's where he should have been 5 years ago, but injury has held him back. If he keeps playing and improving consistently he'll hit his true greatness at age 35, but by that time he'll be slowed down so much his body just won't keep up with his talent.
