Please use a pedal riser and raise your piano bench. This will allow you to keep your heals on the ground (riser) when pedaling and place your arms at the correct height for playing with curved fingers, both of which will provide you with a more continuous, legato sound. I see that this sound was the intention of this piece (reflecting the sea); will you try these tools and play the piece again?
