Scott screwed up the lyrics, he didn't have the megaphone, and they had problems with tempo throughout the song. Not one of the best performances.

Then again, this was back in the 1990s and everyone was paranoid about guns and the gun-grabbers were running rampant. Therefore, he couldn't sing "gun," which is absurd.
