@TheEldorado84 You cannot say "Soy contento". You have to say "Estoy contento". This means "I am happy". Estoy is used for temporary states like this. Soy is for permanent characteristics. If you wanted to say that you are a happy person in general you would have to say "Soy alegre". Saludos, Laura
what a great tutorial u got there.... i didnt actually had a hard time for it.... cuz im from the philippines... and spanish people have influenced us so many things including some of your language...
I prefer not to add notes directly to my videos as I feel this is very distracting. If the text is available on screen our attention is drawn to the words and we don't practice our listening skills sufficiently. I notice frequently that the listening skills are the hardest to develop for students living in non-Spanish speaking countries.
My suggestion is to persevere with my videos and once you have watched each a few times then check out the lesson notes on my blog. I always post all the lesson notes with the videos on my blog, but I definitely recommend that you don't look at them until you have understood (or at least tried your best to understand) the particular video.
It means both, depending on if you use it with the verb "ser" or "estar". So, "ser aburrido" means to be boring and "estar aburrido" means to be bored.
Eres una profesora muy buena. Voy a ir a espana en Julio, y aprendo espanol desde hace tres anos ahora. En dos anos, quiero vivir en espana para un ano- para ser fluida en espanol! :)
Muchas Gracias. Soy Ingles, pero vivo en Espania ahora y quiero hablar mucho mas Espainol. Hasta Luego!

jk, btw it could've been much better if you have subtitles to the spanish words.
