Seriously, stop paying this guy out. It's his fucking car....so he can do whatever he wants. So what if it looks bad? If it's not an original mint condition mercedes-benz. Like he said, he can have a different taste, maybe he wants his own unique looking c-class? I prefer a more original style myself, but let him enjoy his car with some nice music to add to it. It's still a merc...so the music suits.

the only W202 mods people should do, is to lower it, put nice wheels on, and if it's a prefacelift model, put facelft stuff on it, the W202 is nearly perfect the way it is. btw I "do" like your taillight, they look standard, but got LEDs

I like the lights, the only thing I dont like is the star on the grill. It should be on the bonnet but hey thats my opinion.

My dad got on eof these about when i was born. Always say to my mates i came out of the hospital in a Mercedes Benz. He then got the facelift one with the smoked rear lights. Had it coming up to 10 years and is still going a sweet as a nut. Mercs have always been about enginering desings and this one is flawless. Bet you guys didn't know that unlike a normal car, when you lock it, on this merc its done through a vacumm rather than electronicly, so it quiter. C280. A BEAST

you should change the front grill to an avantgarde grill, it would make a lot of a difference.

i think the big star grilles only suit sports coupes, the avantgarde grille matches the lines of the car.

ive got c180.. was actually thinkin of gettin projectors like yours.. u need to replace u yellow sidelight with something like a phillips bluevision w5w bulb btw.. looks awful like it is right now!

I've just bought BBS Le Mans.

To my c36 amg. 8,5x18" ET 35.

And just found out that they dont fit on the car >:-(

Before I had AMG mono block on it also

18" x 8" front and 9" rear..

Does anyone know where I can find some weels in europe (near denmark)

have you done anything to the engine? I have found very few performance parts for the c180 w202? I want to make my car faster without altering the outer look of the car? Nice alloys!

just the air filter and it made the car slower and used more gas. we just have to live it like that

have you tried routing the air filter lower down towards the lower front right hand side of the car? that would mean its sucking in fresh cool air - not warm air heated up by the engine bay? i was trying to find a kompressor (supercharger) kit for it but i don't think there is one?

i thougt of the same maybe the 230 kompressor will fit in, or just switch the engine with the one from the 230k they look the same so the police wont see the difference, only the charger will reveal it

Yea, how would you get a spare 230 engine though? Surely all the engine management and stuff would be a nightmare to connect up?

its a manual stick . yes it will do the same beacause its to hot inside there , you have to build or buy a aluminium box \wall to seperate it from the heat

Ok, mines a Automatic, isn't the Air Filter supposed to cool the engine down.

Did you get a aftermarket Air Filter or the K & N make.

its an Apexi filter(expensive) and its not supposed to cool it down . thats what we have the cooler for in the front and the fan. but its supposed to suck cold air but it cannot beacuse the exhaust is beneath it , only if you sepperate it as i told you

Nice car, I love the taillights and headlights... I also have a W202 but it's a C230. Did you have any problems with the taillights when you installed them? Are they brighter than the factory ones? and how is the brightness of the headlights, is it brighter than stock headlights?

yea i can see much better now with the new headlights and the backlights are brighter as thet have diods instead of the org bulb

Very nice dude - Im currently working on my W202 C200 - got other tail lights then you, and Im gonna have a Avantagarde grill and not a SL look one. other then that I got the same front lights as you, probably getting some ditch lights too.

but you should have a Chrome list around your head lights ! It makes a very nice effect with the grill and the black car ;)
