Raven is were we learned seven's name Annika Hansen. I think it seven's parents fault that she lost her childhood

That's not entirely true. The name Annika was already known since Chakotay got linked to Sevens mind during the 2 part episode 'Scorpion', which was five episodes before 'The Raven'. In the following episode, 'The Gift', Janeway seems to have found Annika in the Federation Database (in a single entry in the records of Deep Space 4) and confronts Seven with information about the girl called Annika Hansen she used to be.

Seven was assimilated at a very young age together with her unconventional parents who fancied themselves explorers and took off for the Delta Quadrant. So in a way it is true they are to blame for her lost childhood.
