Rob Zombie pulls off a great movie reference tune here via the movie, The Omega Man. Charlton Heston plays Robert Neville, the "The Creature of the Wheel" who still uses technology after the manmade apocolypse.

Arch enemy Jonathan Matthias, who was a TV broadcaster before the apocolypse is now the leader of the people with "the marks" (albino eyes). Played by Anthony Zerbe, Matthias starts his rant in front of his followers @1:41, and again @ 2:24. They aim to destroy Neville.
