@slickkapone I loved the car. Ride quality was firm due to lowering springs and low profile rubber, but that was my preference. Great seats. Take your time looking and get one with nav if you can.
@makstone unfortunately don't have it :( but I will make some vid soon. My TL is normal 2004 3.2 automatic. She has 172 k miles but engine is still in very good condition :). If you want, check out my second car :) 91 Mk3 Supra Turbo :)
Hey I'm wondering is there an aux input in there that i can connect my ipod to and listen to it through the stereo? I don't want to control it through the screen i just want to be able to plug it in and play it. Thanks if anyone knows

As for the staggers, they look good on ANY whip regardless of which wheels propel the car.

Everyone and their brother rushed out to get black wheels and ruined it for those of us who had them. so i moved onward. that's not being trendy dipshit, it's moving on to let the trendy ones play it out. Black wheels are classic on a GN, T/A, and a few Porsches. Not much else. And a stagger on a FWD car is RICE. Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement. @djzaki Nah, I don't like trendy wheels that go out of style after a couple of summers. The BBS style rim has been around for years and makes any car look classy as opposed to blinged out. To each his own, but I like a look that wont look dated and I definitely don't follow the crowd.
Are Acura's like BMW and Benz,as far as alot if upkeep and maintenance, therefore you can't own one unless you have the money for surprises and "special" items like expensive oils etc.?
@ps3ful Nope. The car was Acura Certified and I never had a warranty claim. I used synthetic oil because I prefer it, used it in my Vettes. Acura/Honda engines are bulletproof.

@Godblesseveryone4 From a handling standpoint, absolutely. I considered G35 but I couldnt find one Infiniti Certified from 2007, and Gs that I did find for a had very few options. I wasnt going to buy a car without a warranty, Infiniti doesnt back their products for long! ALL TL-S are loaded with all options, so it was a no brainer for me. I gave up some handling with FWD but I live in Chicago and I deal with snow, so it balances out for me. My next car will prob be a TL with AWD.
@SCGeneral06 Yes you can, but ride quality will suffer unless you are just a 45 mph cruiser. I drive in and near Chicago, and the set of 20" wheels on my last car took a beating. After bending 2 rims on potholes and railroad crossings, I gave them up. 20's look cool but think long and hard before you commit to them!

Thanks dawg. What bad rumors have you been hearing? This is one of the best cars I have ever owned. I considered other midsized sedans, but for the money the TL-S had more standard features and is Acura Certified. Build quality and resale value made it a no brainer for me. All I can say is test drive the car and you will be sold!
lol. that is the same look I'm going for on my tl-s. I put like 20% tints on the back and 35% on the sides. I kept the original tl-s rim and added a few mods. ( AEM v2 intake, cat back and j pipe ) I was wondering if i should lower it....... I really want to but the roads around here is hell for lowered cars. Im also thinking about putting brighter fog lights and my friend is trying to persuade me to putting LED neon lights on my car.
@paragonx11 If you have the original tires and rims, lowering the car should not ride too harshly...plus it will look much more agressive. The HID fogs are cool, but people will flash you more since the HID low beams are so bright. Where I live the cops will even write you a ticket for rolling with double HIDs.
As for the LED neons.... DONT DO IT! Keep it classy and clean.... my motto is if it doesnt serve a functional purpose, dont put it on your car! :-)

Do you live in a state that requires emissions testing? If so, how do you pass with no cats or resonators? Btw I do love the body kit, cant decide whether to do that or the pipes first.

Did a search on Cars.com for Acura Certified 6spd manuals, only 25 in the entire COUNTRY for 2007 AND 2008! I live near Chi, ended up going to Lindsay Acura in Columbus OH to get mine... patience paid off.
