it's actually pretty easy. just take a fifth coin and use the bottom part of your hand/thumb to cover it up. let's say it's under your left hand. move it over to another coin and slightly lift your hand. with your right hand press down on a coin and move it away. you now have two coins on the left and none on the right. Just notice how he alterates, first he makes one disappear on the left, then on the right, and so on.
