The lady at the end of this clip is just trying to respect the Pakistani culture. I lived in the Middle East and some Westerners will wear hijab, or long skirt, and etc.

Some of the places that employ the Westerners appreciate that they are trying to show the customers/clients/patients that they ae trying to respect the country (i.e. doctors without borders).

What is saying, which is true, that Hijras in Pak, tend to dramatize and sexualize their potrayal in public. They would dance and act in a lewd manner on Signal stops, which is unethical.
