Y'know something that makes people MORE like idiots? People say, that if you use the motion of the system to look around in first-person, you lose the 3-D effect. WRONG.

It's a f'cking GYRO SENSOR. Meaning, you can STILL keep the 3-D effect, while moving it around. I swear, people are IDIOTS. Oh wait. Most of them, ARE. You guys are awesome, though!

@jimmyelgringito OoT is overated too, it sell not very much more than the first 8 bit game even though it has NO competition (no action adventure game of this sort) compared to the 1st one which has plenty.

It didn't even sell the hardware : N64 sells stayed flat for all its lifetime.

The first zelda games was system sellers and were games bought not only by kids or teens but adults back then. OoT never had this, even if it's the best 3D zelda it's far from the best of the franchise.

Oh, and it did sell hardware, I'm pretty sure that ocarina of time boosted the sales of the n64 and I'm positive that it's remakes sold a bunch of 3DSs. I'm also saying that it's better, sales don't make something better. ;)

I really like the game case cover. nice and golden and legendary looking. yes we can debate on how europe got the better art cover, but im still happy. This game is a great remake. I love how you have the map,gear and item screen open simultaneously. Plus, the artstyle upgrade is a nice bonus as well as the master quest and the boss challenge mode which both I havent tried yet or unlocked. I cant wait for the CD soundtrack !! I hope this year's club nintendo platinum reward is an Ocarina : )

Until this, I hadn't played the game in over 8 years. Currently I don't have any version of the game other than the 3DS version. I don't really buy games that I have played before unless there's a significant change. The new control layout plus the updated visuals were enough for me. However, they've also improved animations and they changed a few things like some cutscenes. They make it more dramatic. It also has some easter eggs like Skyward Sword paintings/drawing hidden in the game.

No not the monkey on a pedestal its a monkey in a dark room where he is on a cliff and u cant reach him i think u have to throw a bomb at it but the bomb never seems to explode the cage there is a spider bomb in their 2 .

i'd say this is worth buying just for the master quest mirrored where the enemies do twice the damage, even though i already own master quest i can't wait to 3-heart run the 3ds version. oh yea and playing in 3d is awsome!

Best game ever !! a zelda game i can beat:-) twighlight princess was hard where i have to free the monkey in the cage with a bomb i think .... the monkey is on top of a cliff... In oot i just beat the second boss:-) i also got links awakening DX but it feels wierd :-/ i havent done much on that
