  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRSSSSSSSSS

  • Amitabha. I created Wu-Li-Fu (wu shu che fu) and the form of water is very similar to Wing Chun. Yip Man brought this che to life within others eye's. To see wushu used for evil is heartbreaking. Remember as monks we are obligated to help any in need! Do good, it means more when you die!!! higher conscious. Sick Grime Lad. hit me up for a collab or a beat. -Sacred Age REAL HIP HOP! Wu Shu Li Che Fu. REAL MARTIAL ARTS!

  • Good stuff I think. You never lose your center or your stance. People think sparring is like chisao and that it shoul look like you were practicing the forms. Of course some things get carried away. I will never look like in the movies. Anyway you use good blocks like tansao or paksao. We see wich block can really work in a full contact sparring. I still find your chain punch to be a bit uncommon: you shoulders are pretty high. But may be you just learned another technique than mine.

  • lol, all that left from your so called WT are puches flying all over your heads. i can't see any WT in this video. if you are going to just puch anyway, you better learn muay thai.

  • 'Hundreds or random fights"

    REALLY?!!

    HUNDREDS?!!

  • priceless vid. the music is epic and the skills are very nice

  • @5olarfroze classic know it it all

  • well, it sounds like you guys are arguing two different things..

one learned a defensive style of MA and the other learned a more offensive style.

neither are wrong for learning what you learned, just wrong for saying the other is lesser or incorrect. never underestimate an opponent, or art.

a martial art isnt about which is a better style, its about mastering a form and your body.

wisdom is being humble and cordial, trusting and respectful.

5olar, you started off with condescending tones..

  • @creamofweat7773 and since he felt like he was being attacked, he retaliated.

there was no reason to say he was using his style wrong, and saying he "might improve"

jailharman, yeah, he was very rude with his approach, but as the teachings of Gandhi and MLK jr show us,

turning the other cheek can be more powerful than meeting the expectations of our aggressors.

surprise them and humiliate them with noble humbleness.

my appologies if this seems preechy or rude, i enjoy philosophies.

  • @creamofweat7773 to focus on truth, jaiharman began with the personal criticisms which set off the other man's anger, about him having no soul in his style, very offensive to a martial artist, also along the lines of truth, there is no seperation from offensive and defensive, they are one in the same when wing chun is practiced with true flow, and wing chun without offense is water without no hydrogen. . air! in a fight efficeincy of style determines the outcome Rory smith, 11th grade respect

  • @5olarfroze Put up or shut up, Idiot.. Don't (a student of fake WingTsun to a teacher of real Ving Tsun) try and tell me about the in's and out's of the art. If you think the system wasn't designed for fighting then you ARE as dumb as your teacher for listening to his bullshit. You ARE too opinionated and lack factual evidence to back up your claims. I didn't learn "theoretical WingTsun" I learnt "Brutal, close-quarters fighting system of VingTsun" by a REAL master, Wang Zhi Peng. NOW DO ONE!

  • @jaiharman1 Might I suggest you learn to curb your anger. I am not pointing fingers here, but learning to control your thoughts and emotions is a s much a part of Wing Chun as the form its self. Or am I mistaken?

  • try to have some fun -

    :)

  • you just have to practice - go eat -

i used to do that in my twenties -

  • @5olarfroze So everyone should call you the Oracle with all of your wisdom...... I don't mind constructive criticisms but you are being very opinionated and passing is off as fact.... Please post some of your sparring or fighting videos so that I can compare your level of skill to your level of criticism ability. You first need to have credentials to make the kind of opinions you hold of me.... I teach wing chun in China, I teach Chinese and foreigners... I will wait for your video responses

  • You got to be kidding

  • you fk up with that music shit

  • they fight like fagot stop bitch slapping and do some real wing chun

  • @saminisam1 Sparring is not as easy as you might think, to some it takes a lot just to stand in front of others knowing you will get hit, especially when it comes to an unnatural style like WC, they both did a decent job, if you want to criticize, post your own sparring vid of you fighting or GTFO

  • I've watched most of your videos and i have to say that I'm really impressed, keep up the good work :D

  • man realy now you are awesome!!i like how you consume your opponents center line!!screw the faggots with retarded comment!their minds cant comprehend what they truly see!

  • True disciple of knitting classes maybe!!!

  • I thought you were not meant to punch with your shoulders in wing chun, thats pretty much all that bloke in the white is doing. Also way to ruin a video with retarded speech bubbles and awful music, why does this even need music?

  • wu tai chi

  • Music = shit

    solve it = mute ^^

  • fuuuck. head movement. head movement. head movement. if you're getting punched in the face, cover the fuck up. if you wave your hands around infront of your face with your eyes closed you'll continue to get punched. fuuuuck

  • ULL GET KUNG FU' ED

  • WHY THIS VIDEO CAN BE PUT TWICE IN MY FAVOURITES!

  • Your vids are really different than all other wing chun vids! You display total effectiveness! But I cant figure out why :( How come I cant find any other vids that show the same amount of skill?

  • tight video but who's rapping

  • good music shit fight

  • i agree

  • wow u make wing chun look horrible.a boxxer would kill you in hand speed accuracy and power

  • Look at the way the Wing Chun practitioner moved in this video. His footwork and his upper body is wrong. If I were his opponent, I'd wait for a chance when he over commits and pull him down.

Also, this is a video about a lack of attack variety. WC isn't just about moving straight towards someone whenever you get a chance and just doing frontal chain punching. Perhaps a more worthy partner will give you opportunities to avoid do more varied moves.

    And the music... sigh.

  • @procmail They used only fist fight that was obvious but its a good video, you are not right about his footwork at all you either do not have experience in real fight or you just dont see nothing at all. Variety attack doesn't exist you dont know what are you talking about. If you attack me with that wide open variety attack and you expect me to defend for real I dont think that you will love martial arts anymore.

  • @TheShaolinScholar

    I agree.

Look at the way the Wing Chun practitioner moved in this video. His footwork and his upper body is wrong. If I were his opponent, I'd wait for a chance when he over commits and pull him down.

Also, this is a video about a lack of attack variety. Wing Chun isn't just about moving straight towards someone whenever you get a chance and doing frontal chain punching.

Next time, choose a more competent partner and make a video.. without the music.

  • Is there any way I could view this in non-slow motion and possibly in color?

  • vey nice video, u r also a very good fighter. In my oppionon WC has very nice arms strikes but i dont lik the kicks, but as i said before thats only my oppinion.

    hello from mexico

  • cartoons and hip hope.. wat a way to ruin a martial arts vid

  • really i don't find this very powerful or impressive...

can you clinch/takedown? because i see a lot of missed chances of closing distance (and fight...)

  • Do you guys train 50/50 on each leg?

  • the stances are messed up this is just wing chun boxing not single kick or application justrandom chain punching without the triangles set

  • nice video, shit music.

  • this isnt a music video.

  • @jaiharman1 then you should not put music in it

  • @jaiharman1 so why do you put music , asshole ???

    what a prick

that guy can t just admit he did wrong ,

    proof of weakness...

  • @jaiharman10000

    lol the irony

  • Good job, dude. Nice video!

  • hahahaha!!! Good stuff. I've e-mailed shifu Wang and let him know that when I get the chance to go to Beijing I will pay him a visit and possibly can some practice as well.

  • I've been training for about 15 years myself. I'm not a bad ass by any stretch. But I can take care of myself if need be. I come here to comment and ask questions. I might get some shit wrong from time to time. But that doesn't mean I'm trying to be dick.

  • Happyanand, I have to disagree about boxing. Boxers can take a hit quite well. And they can hit hard and move very fast.

Never underestimate a boxer. It's unhealthy. These two fighter are obviously beginners. This exercise will help them gain experience handling real time attacks. It's one thing to learn your skills. It's quite another to use those skills under pressure.

I give those kids props for getting after it and taking some lumps for their art. Good job

  • I don't like people who comments on things they know nothing about. I've been doing martial arts for 20 years and have won every competition I've entered from aged 8 onwards. I've have had more experience on the street in (your words) real time attacks than I have in competitions and sparring. DO NOT EVER try and belittle someone by using words like 'Obviously beginners' or 'I give those kids props'. Who the fuck do you think you are mate. compliment or not. you sound like a right prick.

  • Comment removed

  • "those kids" there you go again you arrogant prick. if you bothered to read the name tags at the beginning you would see that it's me. and no it wasn't a training exercise. it was a challenge that my shifu set me. 3 fighters vs me 1 by 1 no rest in between. those punches were real and that is why everyone was wearing protection. you are talking like you know the people in the video and that you know what they were doing. YOU DON'T SO DON'T ACT LIKE YOU DO. Think you can do better? come and try.

  • Dude. I'm sorry if I offended you. You're absolutely right. It looks like you did a good job. It looked like a training exercise since the opponent you were facing simply would not engage you. To be honest I thought your sifu was using you as the senior to teach your opponent as junior how to defend. Cause he wasn't doing much of it at all. I just love WC. I don't care about lineage. But you're right. I should have read more of the posts.

  • No harm done. as you can imagine, i have had a lot of people talking smack on my videos and sometimes i can be a bit short tempered with off-topic comments that either don't help in educating people or are just aimed at putting people down. i would like to show an act of good faith in taking back anything negative i said towards you. all constructive comments and constructive criticisms are welcome.

  • i would also like to to clarify that, WC is designed not to give the other guy a chance, if you watch the clip again you will see that he is chasing me down the whole fight. and when he strikes i use WC techniques to trap, move around, neutralise and close him down. something that many WC people practice but don't carry out under pressure. once someone gets tagged a few times (hard) they get a bit punch shy so i work on this premiss so i can take advantage of their hesitations and caution.

  • :-)

I know what you mean. I always used to get it in the eye. Why did it always have to be my left eye? Then one finally makes the connection that you actually have to DO what you practice. Finally opening and closing the gates made sense to me. Nothing like getting punched in the eye a few times to make things suddenly oh so clear.

  • It looks like Pak Sao Da and Jeet Chung Chuie win again. It just goes to show that most people cannot deal with a constant barrage of punches, being straight or curved.

  • Comment removed

  • It was totally great and im from sifu Petes lineage btw . ( Under master moy yat ) One thing I do know about wing chun after doing wing chun for a while is that it really sucks when someone grapple you ( With BJJ for example )

    any comment about it ?.

  • If you take an 10 years experienced BJJ practitioner and a 10 years experienced Wing Chun partitioner fighting, BJJ will try and take it to the ground and WC with try and keep it standing, keeping it standing, without a doubt WC is superior, taking it to the ground, BJJ is superior. but its not the art, its the fighter who studies the art that you need to account for, that is why you cannot say one style is better than another, i am a fighter who studies wing chun and many other arts.

  • @jaiharman1; ''its not the art, its the fighter who studies the art that you need to account for''

I disagree; It's been known that some styles are better than others. Just look at boxing for example. It's a totally useless system if you try to use it against wing chun. BJJ is also pretty useless because they don't account for biting or dirty tactics. BJJ still has rules. Every martial art system with ''rules'' is weaker against a system without rules.

Just my opinion. No hating here :-)

  • It looks like they threw chi sau right out the window and resorted to bitch slapping each other. One thing though, I noticed that these guys threw wide looping punches when the pressure was on. There's a huge difference between training with a cooperative partner and being in a real fight.

  • you dont use chi sau in a fight, chi sau is only a training drill for sensitivity and reaction timing. what you use in a fight is xiao nian tou, shan qiao and biu zhi. you use the wooden dummy to practice your techniques on that you learn in the forms. and also because if you get a technique wrong, it wont hit you back. now you've had a lesson on wing chun. if you want a lesson on fighting I have 20 years of experience and would be happy to give you a lesson.

  • its like my 3 and 4 year old sons fighting. Comical

  • let me see your contribution, seems like you love talking the talk, but no walking the walk. now input? then fuck off

  • haha yeah, i play fight with my 8 year old brother and he has a better chin then that guy haha

  • I would not stand here and badger you about it, as the whole principle behind his work was to be yourself and feel your flow. You are a good fighter I would like to practice with you that would be worth while.

  • The style is about retribution, punishing your opponent for ever throwing a strike. I've seen some incredible internal injuries from wing chun styles.

Just my opinion, though I have studied the style I do not claim to master it. Though I have read a book on bruce lee's and Yipman's wing chun, it is still difficult to mix and match styles.

It is why bruce lee learned the cha cha to get the foot work right coming forward. So he could incorperate wing chun and other martial arts.

  • martin's right jaiharman, wing chun is about center line control of elbows and back fisted punches. Imagine a box going from your shoulders to your hips and a cross in the middle, this is the basics of wing chun to stay inside the box and control your width of elbows from your body. Then comes speed + chi = power, the punches do not do enough collateral damage to cause noticable injuries, but they appear on the inside because of the recoil from the speed.

  • reminding you guys that wing chun is about being able to take bigger and stronger opponents..

  • yes in my oppion, i thought thats the point of you tube, wing chun is about control, and elbows, controling every move, and controling elbows, loss of hand go forward, this a brawl, entertaining yes, ving stun ,,not

  • wrong wrong wrong,,,this is wild , but whatever,,,

  • in your opinion.

  • U need to study the deep meaning of combat grasshopper.

  • i agree. I hate when people add music to their videos.!!

  • I'm not impressed. It looks like your bigger & stronger than most of your opponents. From what i've seen most Wing Chun guys practice really intricate gun tangs & traps @ close range but in real combat at best only resort to clashing head on muscle to muscle with a series of vertical chambered straight blasts? This is just a clear cut case of 2 guys whaling their fists like some holligans head on keeping a "centerline" & a vertical fist calling it wing chun.

  • Clashing head on muscle to muscle is what we practice not to do. These guys missed day one.

  • Ummm U have your song I like your song Where can I get it?

  • I too must respect all other Wing Chun families. The only constructive criticism I will give you, is I think you should change your footwork up sometimes. It seems you really focus on the chasing stance and step. There is nothing wrong with this except when you get into close quarters you can be easily pushed around or over. Respectfully speaking BJJ is not the ultimate when it comes to combat..Nothing is. Everything is useful when it comes to acctual combat. I agree with you Steve.

  • your are just sounding too cocky for your skills :-)

  • Hi,

I have watched all 3 of your videos. You use the same techniques over and over again. Up against a more skillful e.g. BJJ exponent, i think it will be hard for you.

I have to agree with toons123, it looks almost like free fight...except for your initial stance and chong quan...

Please do not be offended, and correct me if i am wrong... i am also learning, learning never stops

  • I read more carefully and i see you are training under Master 王志鹏. I respect Master Wang and his Wing Chun lineage.

I should've read the description more, however, thanks for the video.

  • no problem, I don't mind constructive criticism. as it says in the description. its not full contact, just hands, if i could use everything then these fights wouldnt have lasted as long as they did.

thanx for the interest. subscribe and rate for more later

  • The comment seems to have you bothered does this prove or disprove the comment ? One of the basics, (stay relaxed). Control you emotions.

  • Ving Tsun King?

King of what? The land of Dorkshire? You are a total fucking idiot. This is good Ving Tsun and one of the few real places in Beijing, China. My Kali teacher learns from this guy in Beijing. I train here in LA at the Inosanto Academy.

If you are the king of anything, it must be king of cocksuckers

  • king of cocksuckers lol

  • sa-weet! looks like the other guy was struggling to keep up with you. good work, wouldnt want to cross you in a dark ally

  • Hi Jai , Steve here from New York. Don't get hooked when reading negative comments. It just adds fuel to the fire. Remember,!! " Those who say, do not know, Those who know do not say". Your friend Steve from Shotokan Greenpoint.

  • if you want to fight with gloves and head gear you dont need kung fu. you should be a boxer. you don't even know the basics. what a shame.

  • The funny thing about your post is that when I took the time to go to your profile and see if you are a master or even a teacher or even a practitioner you don't even have any videos to back up what you say. You call yourself a VingTsunKing, I don't think so pal. Get of your fake high horse and stop leaving nonconstructive comments not involving you. If I hit any of the guys in these videos with a punch it would at the least be a knockout and possibly a hospital visit, thats why we ware helmets

  • looks pretty nip to be perfectly honest

  • Thank you.

  • Are these posers for real!? LOL hilarious. I trained in Wing chun for a decade and those two amateurs in that video have terrible punches and terrible footwork. The elbows and shoulders are all over the place. No defensiveness, no closing into quarters and using chisao to trap hands and strike. Hopeless. Wing chun can be reasonably effective when someone has trained to a very high level but it takes much too long. Also too many bullshit teachers out there.

  • wow, how can I reply to this and not sound as childish and pathetic?

    Hows, FUCK U sound?

I train in-house with a masters. I'm sure he would have something to say about your comment seen as he is reffing these fights n all.

  • use your legs opponent! stupid reaction!

  • Goood video bravo to guys and Bravo tou Uploader:)))) i whant more of your videos , i will subscribe you

  • looks cool

is there any power behind those punches?

they seem use to fighting against their own style (wing chun).. how do they do against boxers?

I'm not being critical, I'm just asking.

  • thanx for the interest. I recently went back to my home country of England and visited my old boxing instructor, when I was there I got involved in the training session and was asked to give some tips on power training for punches and give a demonstration. everyone at my old gym enjoyed the session and I was asked if I would ever think of returning to boxing and compete. I declined and told them that I find it limiting in movements and power in that its form is uncompromising and ridged.

  • So to answer your question canunotg* in my experience in boxing, ving tsun and other arts, I find that boxers are very predictable, (some) are slow and this tends to be what a ving tsun practitioner takes advantage of, "know what the other is capable of" Now I will say that boxing is good outside the ring but inside or sparring is just too strict and unbendable. even kick boxing falls into this category. I would like to direct you to the descriptions panel, we too are limited in these 3 fights.

  • Thanks for that Jaiharman1.

Seeing Wing Chun has a lot of hands involved... who would win in a hands only fight out of a pro boxer like mayweather, (or whoever is a real good boxer)...... versus a pro wing chun person?

    Full speed, full contact.

In other words which is the best 'hands' type art of fighting.

  • To be honest, if it came to Tyson vs Jet Li then obviously Tyson would win. Ving Tsun is a martial art designed for the average happy-go-lucky guy/girl wanting to 'defend' themselves. Put a well rounded VingTsun 'fighter' in the same ring then the tables would turn. The physics of a Ving Tsun punch cannot be beaten by a boxers jab, hook, screw, uppercut or cross. Speed along the centre line is the key - Speed+Mass=Power. A Ving Tsun punch will get there faster than a boxers if correctly trained

  • Please check out the 2nd video and notice when I knock his hands away from the centre line, I very quickly deliver blows that have before taken out medium to large guys not waring a protective helmet.

Don't forget the Subscribe and Rate. Jai Harman

  • True good stuff.

But couldn't a boxer say the same thing. "Speed and Mass equals Power".

I respect both wing chun and boxing.

Would you fight a boxer with your hands down in front of you like in the video? It would seem that an experienced boxer would have a field day with your exposed head, chin and sides.

Do your hands instinctively react to the opponents punches? Do your opponents try and get u to react wit ur arms to create openings?

You're a good fighter mate. Keep it up

  • I will send you a more lengthy video to your inbox when I have time but until then please view this video and it will show some of the answers to your question in action.

    watch?v=89fOMZyoIYc&feature=related

    Best Regards, Jai

  • I know a few Wing Chun guys, and man, their punches are so fuckin' fast

  • power = speed x strength.

    Not as you say: Speed+Mass=Power

Speed: The ability to minimize the time cycle of a repeated movement.

Strength : The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply force.

Power: The ability of a muscular unit, or combination of muscular units, to apply maximum force in minimum time.

BTW I do Wing Chun, boxing, and have competed 3x in Muay Thai in Thailand. They all have their pros and cons.

  • really really good, but I miss side kick to the stomack etc

  • The guy in the white shirt who sits in the YCKYM horse, well this stance is not only just for training but its also used to fight in. why do you think we as WCK people use this horse for ? it just goes to show how much you really know or understand WCK. PitchArnis, I suggest you go read some WCK books on WC because its clear to see you don't understand WCK or Kung Fu at all....

  • Is Wing Chun bs like Shaolin Kung Fu?

  • No they have big diference

  • Hokus Pokus...

  • bullshit the guy in white shirt use the tradional wing chun stand thats not the fight position its only use for training..no kicks to the goin thats wat i would do in JKD!:-P

  • I feel very comfortable in this stance, and also find it easier to react faster from a nutural stance to anything coming forwards. after all, my master told me that its what you do with the martial art and techniques, not what it does to you that makes your the fighter you are. and im speaking for myself here but if these were 'real' fight situations then you. whos techniques here are wining the fights?

  • i never thought i wud c grime and wing chun together but yeh its a good look

  • Hey Jai, I am glad you like it. Want to see something funny, type in Matrix Karate.

  • Good stuff, bro. And any comments left by people who have no videos just ignore, most of the time they don't know anything.

  • Jai, the above comments were written before I read your personal message to me. I, in turn have sent a personal message to you. I hope this brings us to an understanding.

  • And one more thing. You cannot ask people to be selective in their comments.

  • 'being selective'

your right, but im confused about where i exactly said don't make bad comments only good ones. i didn't. all i was asking is to be constructive and not stupid in their comments e.g. not reading the description and commenting on the lack of techniques.

  • Also, I must have touched a nerve because you found it necessary to change your side profile.

  • 'touched a nerve'

you obviously didn't read my p/message i sent to you.

i changed my side profile as you said it sounded cocky and thats not the impression of myself i want others to perceive me as being.

  • Hey Jai , Why did you remove the original comments about your video? Are you that sensitive? Listen son. when you put yourslf in the public forum, you have to able to take some heat. Would you fold under pressure if you were engaged in a real fight? I would think not!!!!

  • remove 'ALL' of the comments,

the reason i did this is because i believe i gave a bad impression from my side profile, as you suggested i had done e.g sounding cocky.

  • This is really amazing and I would not like to be on the receiving end when your not holding back.

  • great wing chun, I'm very happy to know you..
