But what you fail to understand is that the DEAD can hear you ,because he or she is in the BARZAKH ,& He Rooh is NOT UNDER THE GROUND , Yes even your own DEAD Mother can hear you,yes she can not talk back. @irooni100 what u say at the end of the salah is just a prayer. the same when u say sal Allahu alayhi we selem. u pray for Muhammad peace be upon him one time, and Allah makes salawat 10 times for u inshAllah, this is his mercy. everytime u send salawat to the Profet a.s, his soul is brought back and he send salawat on u.but his body is in the grave in medina brother, and not near u, or near any shiia or sunni.

1-Sahih Moslim 2-Sahih Bukhari
now the same hadith is in both books Even you can find this under AL MOWAFIQAT UMAR if you type in Arabic !
And specially in Sahih Bukhari the hadith is very long ,but Umar implies the same, i will post it next for you.

Allthugh ive never heard such a thing u claim about Umr. Now the sahaba followed the sunnah and they have transmited the sunnah to us till nowdays, still we refere ( after Quran surely) first at the Profet Muhammad alayhi selam

Mutah was a Pagan preislamic practice which was prohibited by Islam stage by stage. Pagans (Shias' Brothers in Tawheed )of preislamic history had custom to practice Mutah and drink alcohol and many others Evils which were not forbidden in one Night but in period of 23 years.

In Arab,world just like today in western world ,the custody children were called Sons & Daughters .same was done by ALI(AS), yes he had Custody of two children of Abi makar.with names of Muhammad& umo kulthum .you may find this in; THE BOOK BY;
