why the need to take sides, just do your practice as taught to you by your guru and you won't need to be pro dalai lama or anti shugden. HHDL said you can practice DS if you want to just not attend HHDL teachings. But then what HHDL is teaching is what all buddhist masters teach, love, compassion and the cessation of suffering for all sentient beings
I love that DS practice is growing steadily - and that all the great Lamas who are practising DS are doing so peacefully in Shar Gaden and Serpom Monasteries. Despite being ostracised and their support from the TGIE withdrawn, they are doing perfectly well, due to the blessings from the Protector!
