The term 'temple' is not used when refering to a Shinto place of worship! In Japan, Buddhists worship is conducted in temples (-ji,-dera,-tera- &-in) whilst Shinto acts of worship takes place in shrines,(-jingu ,-Jinja).
"Miko" can be a broad term. To a western audience, priestess can suffice as a translation of it. I would prefer the term Shaman but that's just me, and that also wouldn't make sense to a western audience, at least the unenlightened ones. lol j/k.
One important thing this video neglects: the true origin of Shinto. When you say Shinto is a traditional religion of Japan, it is deceptive. A well written article on Shinto at a WSU site. Check out my Profile then click the Website to find out the true origin.
Yes, thanks, I know what a miko is, but "shrine maiden" is pretty vague in English, so I went with priestess. And no, that's not where I shot the video.
This is not of Temple. This is SHRINE. SHINTO has not temple. SHINTO has SHRINE.

@SunkenCide Well, there are no gods in Buddhism. It's a religion without deities. It's kind of hard to compare the two.

That guy saying 'kanojo wa miko?' (Is that a Miko?) in the background kind of ruined the video.

miko is a medium taking down God to a body of the person.
kanushi reads an incantation taking down God.
An act of two them is a set.
It is a dead letter ceremony in the present age.
